We were given a lovely en-suite double room (Daffodil), immaculately clean and spacious for the two of us. Jasmin was a perfect host and contacted us prior to our arrival to check our needs. Lovely shower in the bathroom, a very comfortable bed, good linen, and everything that we needed for our stay. Great breakfast too! Plenty of choice. Thank you !

Terrible, better for you if you don't have to cancel, they are not going to give you any help or understanding, much less your money back. They are all about taking your money and the money from whom will take your place in your absence.
