When we arrived at the property, we rang the number to ask for the code for the door. The person on the phone said there was a mistake because the room is not available atm. She said they have another one which is not far, we accepted the other room and went to the adress we were given. When we arrived, we noticed that there was no WC rolls, no towels etc. The shower was not in use , TV was not working, there was no glasses, plates etc in the kitchen. It was just like a construction site, they didnt even install the shower! We had to stay there because it was 10 pm already and we had to stay.Terrible!

This was a late booking. I give the person on the other end of the phone a 10/10 for great communication. Booking complete and for one night only at a cost of £71.98 for the night (single room). I arrived there around just after 9pm. Found my room (#3) put my things in. The shelf fixed to the wall in front of the bed had a heavy layer of dust, indicating the room had not been cleaned for a while. There were bits on the floor. In the room itself, 1 single hard bed, I very small fridge which doubled up as a lamp table stand, a microwave and a kettle which was full of stale water in it. The night was very uncomfortable. I managed to fall a sleep around 4am, and when I woke up, I was covered in bites especially my left leg, hand and ear. In addition I had 4 bites on my right leg, 1 at the side of my thigh and 1 bite on my right ear. Prior to following instructions, I had to take a picture of my photo id (driving licence) and send this via whatsapp to a number provided on the door before I was sent the code to enter through the front door. I am urging you all out there thinking of renting a room in this place for even one night......DO NOT DO IT.....You will regret it, I wished now I had paid for a hotel at £100 for one night than to spend another night in 22 Stockton Rod, Upper Enfield N18 2BA I am suffering the consequences of sleeping in an unclean environment. If you love your life, peace and sanity DO NOT SPEND A NIGHT HERE! DON'T DO IT!!! This place is not a hotel, it looks like a house of multiple occupants or HMO.......The person who posted pictures of this place is not wrong....

Robbed my deposit money off me, moved me last minute to a shared house type thing to get more money/people to fill up the "actual" hotel. Put my safety at risk by putting me somewhere further away from the venue I needed to be at and said they would compensate but didn't. Room stank of smoke and they are just bothered about your money.

If you are struggling for a place to sleep I'd recommend booting a copper and getting a spot in the local nick, failing that try getting into a fight and take a few cracks so you can get a hospital bed. If that doesn't work then maybe resort to this place? Just be prepared to leg it and kip in a bus stop when you see what it has to offer. Cogie house? More like boogie house

My company booked this place through our Travel Agency. It is a council house in a very dodgy area, where individual rooms are being rented out. I booked a deluxe double room overlooking the gardens with breakfast at £120pn. There is nothing deluxe about this place! On arrival there was a note on the door to ring a number, I was told my company hadn't paid & they needed my credit card details for the outstanding £120, our agent said they had paid so I think this may have been a scam. I took the opportunity to leave & got my company to book me into a Travel lodge. Avoid at all cost, this is not a hotel.

Cleaners turned up at 245 to clean our room ready for 3. Only one shower working in house so thats 12 people and over. Mold, dirt and bad communication. AVOID! Please find alternative accommodation. 2 blokes turned up and got told they are staying in another area. Was awful

Not a hotel but a hostel/doss house. Most rooms do not have en-suite. Shared toilet/shower (tiny) with a 1980's shower. No toilet paper/soap. My bed had been slept and sheets not changed (hairs on pillows) so I slept fully clothed on top of the bed. No breakfast. If it would have earlier in the day I would have gone somewhere else. if I had my car with me, I would have slept in the car. Got up at 6 am due to noise from someone walking round upstairs. Do you yourself a favour and avoid this place

Booked for 3 nights first night wasn’t too bad bed was comfy and room clean, my 2nd and 3rd night however was total chaos, I was joined by a group of lads who had the Tv on til past midnight, who seemed to be incapable of making a phone call without shouting and who went out only to come back start fighting over some one they had brought back and then had the wonderful experience of the police rocking up at 4am after absolutely no sleep. The property manager to be fair did offer to take me for a coffee and give me a night for free if I booked again. But after this I will make sure I put doggie house and any property associated with it on an avoid list for myself and my employees
