Heartland Lodge

This was our first time staying here. This is an older facility that has lots of character. Our room was on the backside of the main building. It had everything that most rooms have with the nice addition of a ceiling fan, but in a more compact space. I would stay here again. Our room was very quiet.

I checked in for a week and paid a weekly rate because my job sent me here for 4 weeks. The next morning my job called and said they are actually moving me to another location but had to grab some stuff from Enid. I called the motel because I was working on getting tooling together and materials for the job and wasn’t in my room and told them I won’t be staying a whole week just 2 nights total and they refused to refund me the remaining balance instead of charging me for 2 full nights and giving back the remaining balance. No one was available in the office. They left a woman out from in a wheelchair waiting for someone to come. So becareful when booking at all hotels/motels make sure to ask if they refund money if your stay ends sooner than expected. Do not stay here they are infested with bed bugs. I was bitten on my side so definitely do not waste your money at this place. When I asked for a refund back they treated me horribly. Take your money elsewhere.
