We were welcomed very nice & they kept everything available for us. The rooms are very clean and spacy Shower / bathroom was big and clean. Breakfast we dud not miss anything. We had a goid stay wuth three notorbikes & the parking was also well organized by the hosts. When going to Enna we will stay there definitely.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Struttura pulita e ben tenuta. Molto pulita. Reception cordiale e colazione essenziale servita da persona molto educata. Camera pulita molto bene ogni giorno. Una piccola piazzetta accanto all'hotel. Lo consiglio a tutti quello che vanno ad Enna. Economico essenziale pulito

Très mauvaise expérience, alors que nous étions descendu prendre le petit déjeuner ( très mauvais) l’employé de l’hôtel en a profité pour s’introduire dans notre chambre!! Il n’avait sans doute pas prévu qu’une de nos fille n’était pas descendu avec nous !! Surprise !! Il n’a fait que s’excuser évidemment en essayant de balbutier des explications qui ne faisaient aucun sens !!! Donc : gros gros doute quant à son honnêteté !!!!!!!!

Hotel centralissimo, proprietari disponibili con particolare attenzione alla clientela. Camere eccellentemente pulite e particolarmente perfetta la camera attrezzata per i diversamente abili . Tutto perfetto, da ritornarci !!!!

Camera normale ma con un bagno e una doccia che era così piccola da non riuscire a farla, infatti ho rimandato la mia doccia all'hotel che avrei visitato il giorno dopo. Il portiere di notte pessima persona e anche scontrosa. Dopo avergli chiesto informazione su un ristorante aperto ci ha indicato uno chiuso....e quando glielo abbiamo fatto notare ha risposto: "Non fa niente, l'importante è che poi avete mangiato"...! Quando gli ho chiesto la fattura di cortesia mi ha detto che la inviano per mail(vero), ma gli ho chiesto di stamparla e mi ha detto che loro non la stampano...assurdo...! Un parcheggio che bisogna essere fortunati a trovare posto...insomma, un hotel da dimenticare. E non ho citato la colazione....da morti di fame...! MAI PIU?!!!

Clean, reasonably comfortable but: 1. A shower so tiny it was hard to turn around in. 2. Front desk staff playing computer games at high volume until after midnight. 3. Don’t trust the woman on the front desk to give unbiased restaurant advice. She will send you to a family place called Sciabbé, which is basic but sound. You can probably find better. 4. Vehicle access and parking a nightmare.

Esperienza pessima, viaggio di lavoro camera senza riscaldamento, acqua fredda nelle docce, acqua marrone dai rubinetti. Colazione misera e soprattutto grande cafonaggine, mi hanno fatto pagare appena arrivato e alle mie richieste di malfunzionamenti mi hanno preso in giro. Finale con caduta di stile totale alla mia richiesta di allungare fino alle 13 dopo tutti questi inconvenienti, mi hanno chiesto ulteriori soldi.

in pieno centro, con la possibilità di parcheggiare davanti all'hotel, personale della reception molto cortese e preparato, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, stanze luminose e pulite. Decisamente consigliato.
