I was very satisfied with the room the front desk arranged for me. When they heard that I was tired after a long day of traveling, they arranged for me to check in early in the morning. The hotel has a swimming pool, buffet, SPA, music bar and everything else. During my stay, a robot can also deliver takeout to the room, and the room is very quiet. When I left, the concierge also helped me with my luggage. I am very grateful to the hotel staff. This praise is what you deserve for your dedicated service. It was my first time staying at New Beacon International Hotel Hangkong Road. It was quite busy when I arrived, but the front desk staff still helped us check in quickly. The auntie here was very nice. She was afraid that we would be cold, so she added a quilt for us. I am really grateful. From the elevator to the corridor to the room, it was very tidy and clean. Parking is also very convenient, with a large parking lot. I strongly recommend friends and family to come and experience it.

When visiting Enshi, I found the Encore Hotel from Ctrip.com and came to check it out. I didn’t see the breakfast label on Ctrip and placed the wrong order. Later, the guy at the front desk patiently helped me answer the question and another girl at the front desk helped me solve the problem. Thank you very much to them. The cleaning service on the 16th floor is also very good👍 During the three days of my stay, I saw him cleaning every room seriously. There are still many shortcomings in the hotel's management. The breakfast is still very average for a Shanghainese like me. There is a gap between similar Ramada hotels in the Yangtze River Delta. One of the days it rained, I went to the parking lot and the ground was slippery. I fell down (I noticed that it was okay but I fell hard) and I didn’t see any staff there. There were still many details that were not in place. From the hotel’s positioning, it can only be regarded as a four-star hotel. Let’s follow!

The price is also very high. The guests staying in the hotel have to be 108, and the external is 158. The only downside is that the room is slightly smaller.

It feels great and the transportation is convenient. The location is next to the bus station at the train station. Convenient to various attractions, no breakfast, good value for money, not demanding, travel options are okay, and those with high demands can choose city hotels.

Hotel location is good, very close to Enshi Railway Station, bus station, no more than ten minutes walk, very convenient. The room was clean and tidy, breakfast was provided, very worry-free. Stayed for 4 nights, rested well, and had time to come again in the future.

My boyfriend and I just had the most special stay here. From the moment we arrived, the wonderful team looked after us and helped with everything and anything we could want. We’d wanted to eat dinner upon arrival, and so they provided some of the nicest Chinese food I’ve had to date! My recommendation is the fried eggs and leek. We were obsessed! 🤤 The room and the amenities were really high quality, and I especially enjoyed the incredible view from our bedroom. Daily, we were given snacks and fruits. The food was so good that we ordered again on our second night. Truly, the food was 10/10!! For the room, everything was clean, modern and worked well. All the staff were excellent, too. Yang Yang was especially wonderful (picture of us together!) and made sure we had the best time. She helped with organising our trip, including travel. She is a warm, kind person who made all the difference to our trip. She also introduced us to 土豆 the cat—he was just as delightful! As a foreigner in China, sometimes it can be tricky to navigate how best to travel certain areas. This hotel and the wonderful people here made us feel at home.
