I enjoyed my stay there. It took a while to get my food but other than that, the staff is very friendly and it's a nice place. I like how it's next to the Victoria Mall and they offer free Airport shuttle.

Location was the best. You can get all you need for a business trip at Victoria Mall, food, supermarket, money changer, there is even a cinema and a nice LC Waikiki store at level 2 of the mall. Hotel facilities was good, housekeeping can be improved though, first two nights there was quite abit of ants on the table and armchairs. One morning after we came back, the room was tidy but armchairs were missing haha, they forgot to replace the towels as well. Breakfast was ok, passable for a few days. Overall a good hotel, i will still stay there for the location and price

It's pretty good. The hotel is right next to a shopping mall. If you stay at the hotel, you can go downstairs to see if there are any good souvenirs to take home. It's very good and worth recommending. Thumbs up.

Great choice for the night of arrival or departure from Entebbe airport for those flying to Europe. Clean, neat, comfortable beds, AC, 24 hour room service and a free airport shuttle. A bit pricey, but worth it since we were flying out at midnight.

We liked this hotel - very nice rooms and fantastic pool area. The hotel is close to Victoria Mall and across the street from a crafts center. Good location. The service in the cafe was very slow and needs to be improved. This is a good choice for a stop over in Entebbe.

This is a good hotel in Entebbe. It is adjacent to a mall with some restaurants and shopping options. The hotel is well maintained and has a pool and garden in the back of the property. The staff was very attentive and nice. I had a comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel.

This is a great hotel. They are 10 min to the airport and provide free and very nice airport transfers. It is walkable to a mall, eating, great markets, and a botanical garden. The staff is great and so accommodating. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. We stay here every time we come-which is 3 times a year. Highly recommend.

I am a solo female traveler and felt very safe staying at this hotel!
This was the best hotel I stayed in Uganda during my two-week trip. The service and the staff are all incredible. The amenities are great, and the restaurant serves delicious food. I loved all the options offered for breakfast every morning!
Also, the hotel is in a great location. It's attached to a mall, and I walk to the main entrance daily. I enjoyed eating at the Middle Eastern attached to the mall, and the neighborhood is very safe. The room is quiet with blackout curtains, so it was nice to be able to take a nap every day!
Lastly, it's great that they offer free transport to and from the airport!
I will stay at this hotel again when I return to Uganda next summer.
