Epe Resort and Spa

We had a splendid family time! The bicycle rides, the swimming pool were great attraction for my triplets as well as the football pitch. The service generally was good except for the delay from the account department in confirming our payment. We would visit again DV

Wonderful environment, super courteous staff,amazing roof top view, nice swimming pool n cozy spa. But, can they rooms be better lit, cs the lightning was a bit poor. Also lunch was amazing but breakfast buffet can be improved on ( quality and variety options)

Epe resort and spa is a nice place to be,I have been here on different occassion and anytime I am about to pay I always get different account numbers from the staffs.my husband got angry and ask one of the staff why there is always different account number to pay in.each time different account number with different names.Epe resort is an highly rated place which this sort of things should not be going on.pls we need one account number.i had to shout on a staff at the restaurant when he actually gave me a different account no from the one I got the last time,And pls let your staff be neat.one was talking to me when I came and he was smelling so bad...

The service was second to none.The staff could not do enough for you. All smiling all the time. The rooms were the best i have stayed in Nigeria on par with hotels i have stayed in the UK and the Carribean. Everything here was immaculate. I cant think of anything that i didnt like. the food was good and good variety. Only one comment i would say dont have lunch as the breakfast would last till the evening meal. The roof top bar was great. the pool could be bigger for those of us that like a swim. Overall our group of 30 had the experience of a life-time never to be forgotten

The serenity of the location and the layout of the guest chalets make for a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of central Lagos. The hotel staff was helpful and available for check-in even at very late hours. The rooms were properly cleaned every day and that was reassuring, especially for a hospitality centre recovering from the effects of the COVID19 pandemic. There is a swimming pool, tennis court and a basketball ring. The breakfast was fair- with a good deal of options; I was informed there is also a rooftop grill within the resort. However, there are signs of disrepair as the chalets are due for repainting and some bathroom facilities need replacement. I tried to access the spa but was informed it was closed (on a weekend with many guests, beats me). I wondered if there could be packaged tours for guests to experience a bit of Epe township or other activities and games within the resort itself as one could get bored after a couple of days. A good experience in all but I left with a feeling that there could be more to the Epe Resort.

My experience at epe resort was excellent. From making my reservation on their website and got a confirmation number. On arrival, the ambience was serene and neat. The room was neat and cozy .The staff were courteous and helpful. Tolu, took her time to explain all I needed to know about the resort and took me round the resort. The food was great too. I definitely would return soon. Kudos

Our trip was marred by the poor check in experience we received. We made the booking on a partner website for 5 nights, made payment, packed our bags and drove for 3 hours to the resort in anticipation of excitement. We got to the resort and were told that an administrative glitch on the part of the resort and their partner had not confirmed our booking. The manager (Tolulope) instead of taking ownership became really aggressive, got into a shouting match, asked us to to take up the matter with their partner and rudely walked away. She later returned with an offer of 3 nights and a refund for the canceled 2 nights so we could be accommodated. We took it but needless to say, we already had a bad taste in our mouths and just lumbered through the 3 nights we spent there. The facilities are ok with lots of greenery but we won't be returning anytime soon
