The stay itself was very nice.
However, the room was quite small, and the parking lot had to be paid separately for 20 euros.
Also, there is no bottle of water in the room, which is expected in such a good hotel.

The staff were super friendly and the breakfast buffet was brilliant . So much to choose from. I found the rooms a little on the small side with no fridge. The TV channels were all over the place, lots not connecting. Its all about the small details in my opinion. There is nothing bad to say about the cleanliness or effort of staff.

Not bed but other Radisson Blu Hotels in Europe has higher standards.
Anyway the hotel is clean and confortable.

We booked a suite in the hotel as we were traveling with our dogs and we prefer to have them in a separate room for the night. We stayed 2 nights. The room was fabulous, with a view from the 16th floor, walk-in shower separate living and sleeping areas etc. Amenities were a nice touch as well, especially the lavender spray for the pillows. Staff very friendly, smooth check-in, good communication about additional services, generous breakfast with a huge selection of sweet and savory options. Additionally the bar has a great ambience and very friendly and attentive staff too. This place is not the cheapest in Erfurt certainly; however you can expect quality for your money in a great location to explore the city center.

I stayed here for one night & found it great value fir money. Extremely spacious room with all the necessary amenities for an overnight. Great selection for breakfast and smooth check in/out process. Would highly recommend for business travelling.

We stayed with 6 adults in 3 standard rooms. Rooms very neat and clean and good sound insulation. Breakfast was ample everything you would expect was there. Staff at reception and bar was friendly, staff at breakfast was rather stiff and came across as a bit cold. All in all a pleasant stay.

We booked a “premium room” to have space for our small family (1 kid) and to hopefully enjoy the view from the room in the evenings. First of all, the bathroom in this room was in the hallway, meaning the shower was in the middle of the room and it had just a thin glass door without lock for the toilet. Not much privacy there. The view from the room was very nice, but unfortunately not utilized at all since the only window was behind the bed, and not possible to sit comfortably and look out the window. Instead there was a (very hard and uncomfortable) couch in the middle of the room, just facing the wall (and a TV). On top of that, the fitness and wellness room was locked and even though I booked it for an evening, it was still locked so I couldn’t go there.
All in all I would not recommend this hotel. There are most probably better ones in Erfurt.

Temperature in a rooms +15 C. Fitness ,sauna for additional a fee. Breakfast is very modest. Very good location, near the city center, a large shopping center. Friendly, professional staff. Clean, good rooms, weak internet. Tea and coffee for guests 24/7

We spent two nights in this comfortable hotel in the center of Erfurt. The hotel is easy to reach by public transport (+ 5min walk) as well as by car. Being Radisson Premium members we were provided with a nice room upgrade. However, during the first morning in that room there was an issue with the plumbing, and we were relocated to an even better and much larger room (called Premium room). Especially this latter room was very nice as it had a separate sitting area and also had a nice view over the city center (ask for a room on a higher floor to enjoy that). Staff were all very friendly, professional and helpful. Also breakfast was really good with a nice selection of food and drinks. We would definitely consider staying here again when next in Erfurt.

Absolutely surprise with level of comforts with this accommodation. Rooms not fitted with any hitters, heating radiators switching off when you came in the room. Conditioner in the room working as a cooling only. This case temperature in room not more than 15 degrees Celsius . All additional items for example sauna, fitness etc. by additional pay. Poor by German standards breakfast. Very friendly, professional staff. In my point of view this hotel complies with requirements 3 stars with minus, not more. Price-quality does not match.
