Cleanliness was fine, except for the spider that was in the room as shown in the photo.
The location was right next to the main train station.
The facilities were fine, there were two free bottles of water, a small fridge, a TV but unfortunately no Netflix or sharing for the cell phone.

Near Erfurt Train station and tram station, where you can go most of the places in Erfurt. The check in is fast, the room is small, but ok for me. Free wifi access in the building.

Facilities: The design of the hotel is outstanding, no doubt about it. It has a strong modern feel, endless glass on the opposite wall, floor heating in the bathroom, and small reminder labels everywhere, etc. The only drawback is that there is no minibar.
Hygiene: Very good, the overall feeling is very clean.
Environment: Although it is next to the train station, there are still relatively few dining and shopping options. And the consumption is expensive. A meal costs 30 to 40 euros.
Service: A far cry from the design intentions of the hotel! The advantages in design give the waiters superiority and create an indifferent sense of service. For example, when checking in, there was already a long queue of customers. One of the two front desks was waiting slowly, while the other person stopped and started talking on the phone, leaving the customers waiting.
