The TV was working, we didn't have a microwave, the heater was not working and no Extra blankets were provided. False advertisement!

The place needs major repairs some room doors were not closing properly ,rooms not ready for check in,not enough staff ,lights not working properly

Everything was made to give us a pleasant stay. Because of a shutdown of electric power, the meal was served on your room. The barmaid was pleasant. It's a very quite place to stay and easy to find...

Your guest house is the worst. I have never experienced such a bad customer service. You are the worst in everything, venue f or the event and rooms. WORST!! WORST!! GUEST HOUSE IN THE COUNTRY

I was saddened to see how this guest house and facilities have neglected. The grounds are messy and most of what used to grow was dead. The accommodation itself was ok, it could really do with a few touch ups, however with just one plug to run lamps and a fridge, you could use one or the other. The guest house is situated on a very busy truck route, and if you are not used to the noise of traffic, this can be disturbing at night. As a woman travelling alone, I would not recommend staying here. I did not feel safe, and the parking was open to the main road.

Location is good , however visited when there was bad weather as it was very cold.Staff is very professional and they respond to customer requests.They just have to fix televisions that are not reliable, Otherwise had good experience

Overall it was not a pleasant stay. We were given the room with no water. After lodging in the complaint we were allocated with another room which had no warm or hot water. Imagine a cold shower in the morning. Guesthouse webpage says free breakfast under amenities but we were told it's not inclusive we must pay for it. This we found was not right as it was misleading.

Terrible service, after booking on a free night with ********** the person booking me in forced me to pay before I could book in. This was late at night after a long journey. Unclean, Uncomfortable, and Very Bad service. Do yourself a favor and drive a little bit further to another place to sleep over.
