The lodge is really good. But the staff working here Mr.Madheswaran and his behavior with guests is worst to the core. He treated the guests like a room boy and he used bad words frequently. No guest knows the rules of the hotel but hotel staff should explain politely. Moreover, he threatened me as go and complain to anyone. If the management continues to stay him in charge, I am sure more negative reviews will come for this lodge hereafter.
