因為帶了娃，打電話多要一床被子，答曰：沒有。住過那麼多酒店賓館民宿第一次碰到！年初七入住的，其實客流已經大幅度下降了，查了一下攜程上晚上九點還掛了十幾間房在賣！然後説沒有被子了，我電話都沒溝通完，一直正常提出自己的訴求，對方罵了一句我聽不懂的方言居然直接掛了我電話！
下午3點多到的，房間都沒有整理出來，一共訂了3間房等到5點才全部打掃好衞生！
給的一樓的房間，廁所一股黴味！1號樓是圍着游泳池建的，晚上11點都有小孩在泳池嬉戲真的很吵！
攜程訂了蠻多次的，第一次碰到這種服務，帶長者孩子的真的避雷吧！

温泉環境到是不錯，適合親子游，孩子也玩得高興，酒店設施一言難盡，插電孔充不成電，還要掉要掉的，淋浴水漏了衞生間一地，玩温泉的地方竟然曬泳衣的架子也沒有，沒見過礦泉水衹給兩瓶的，反正就是收費與品質不匹配
