The hotel is within walking distance to many tourist attractions and restaurants in the city center, and the breakfast served in the morning is very nice and satisfying. The rooms are warm, the friends at the reception are very helpful and help you with anything you need. A perfect price performance hotel, I recommend it to everyone.

The staff are really very interested and respectful. The room is generally clean, not counting some small shortages. I sleeped comfortable in the night, the temperature was good. I didn't experience a situation that would be uncomfortable. The gentleman who was in charge of the breakfast when I was down to the hotel welcomed meat and said that we were waiting for my first guest. Breakfast was enough feeding and tasty. The tea was also fun because I'm looking for good tea everywhere, especially the quality of the tea. Thanks to all employees, a hotel I'll prefer in my next business trip. It is in the centre's position and away from noise. There are food places, cakes and cafes around. There are still plenty of car rental places on this street. Thanks to Rafo Hotel employees

We didnt expect much from this place as we only planned to sleep and continue our trip. And the room provided the basics .However, our car experienced a problem that needed a mechanic, being Sunday everything is closed yet our hotel manager went out of his way and found us a mechanic who solved our problem at a good price. This hotel won me over and for this reason i wrote a review… the service was way beyond a room for the night. Thank you

We was so pleased by the hotel and stuff! Everything was just perfect! Hotel is 10 min away from mountains, there is no problem with taxi to get there. Just in front of the hotel there is a huge shopping mall. So comfortable and good. Hotel has good food, stuff, location. Definitely will be back!

Beautiful and clean hotel in this side of turkey. Very big rooms and perfect breakfast, the only weak point was that the receptionist couldn't speak English at all. This is very new hotel which is been build about 2 years ago and they seems to have a lot of tourists from Iran and Iraq who travels in Turkey by car

The most favourite of the hotel was that the employees were laughing and interested. The hotel is much better placed than other hotels near the ski center. When you leave the ski room you are at a minute walk to the telephones. We are going to go to dinner and we wear our ski clothes, like most people. It's very nice that the hotel makes the dinner with the ski room to make it together. We were generally very pleased with everything but only a little bit of diversity and taste in food.

GGuest UserWir waren mehr als zufrieden mit diesem Hotel. Als unser Flug kurzfristig storniert wurde, musste ich unsere Buchung in diesem Hotel stornieren- trotz dem Unbehagen- war es überhaupt kein Problem- die Mitarbeiter waren sehr verständnisvoll und hilfsbereit- es war überhaupt kein Problem. Da wir diese Freundlichkeit und das Entgegenkommen so sehr geschätzt haben, haben wir dann zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt dieses Hotel gebucht- und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist top! Jedes unserer 2 Kinder hatte ein Bett- + unser Dopppelbett—- das Zimmer war wirklich groß für den Preis- auch das Frühstück! Das Zimmer war sehr schön- ein Mangel war jedoch das unser Zimmer nur ein Fenster hatte und man keine Aussicht nach draußen hatte- quasi ein Teil des Gebäudes gesehen hat- somit war das Zimmer eher dunkel. Aber da wir am Abend angekommen sind , war das kein Problem. Was wir sehr schätzen ist das wir auch später auschecken durften. Das war auch kein Problem. Was ich aber am 2 meisten schätze- nach diesem Entgegenkommen ist auf jeden Fall- die Lage! Das Hotel ist im Zentrum- und wir hatten wenig Zeit! Wir konnten sehr viel fußläufig besichtigen!

GGuest UserI'm able to travel in the world and in my country, but I have seen such a rich breakfast very rarely... when there is no bird milk... I have to give up the right to this... The hotel is very centrally located, It's affordable and it's in a good standard for this price... But it's worth coming even for breakfast...

PprenterBooked a single room only. Stayed 2 nights, went to Agri Dagi and returned for one more. Limited space as expected. Water pressure and hot water response time actually pretty good. No air temperature control in too but not important in October. Need larger waste bin and a floor mat to absorb shower water. Breakfast offered (usual Turkish fare), internet reliable. Overall represents inexpensive option at $15AUD per night.
