The hotel is really excellent! Since Erzurum is not a crowded and big city, its location is perfect! They have free shuttle services for airport and ski resort. Staff are all friendly, and very helpful, they do their best to solve your problems and always smile.

We was so pleased by the hotel and stuff! Everything was just perfect! Hotel is 10 min away from mountains, there is no problem with taxi to get there. Just in front of the hotel there is a huge shopping mall. So comfortable and good. Hotel has good food, stuff, location. Definitely will be back!

I just checked in this very beautiful hotel… the best thing is the welcoming staff Mr . Mohammed the manager who is a very gentleman indeed and Mr. Redvan as well.. both are great people and in my opinion are professional ones.. as a guest I need a friendly staff and the most important is the first impression.. he upgraded me to my request without any issues .. the rooms are spacious and super clean and comfortable.. the bathroom is big and clean.. wow I am so impressed really.. thank you guys!

Hilton Garden Hotel, in erzurum Turkey, I loved a big thank you to Mr. Sevinc kalyon F&B Manager , &. Mr. Muhammet Onek (Front Offic maneger) for their wonderful service, my visit was at the time of the earthquake in Turkey and I saw how they were helping the displaced guests from the cities The other one in which the earthquake occurred and provides everything the guest needs very quickly, and I liked to thank the wonderful lady Ms/ BURCU AYDIN, who welcomed us and helped us know the tourist areas and the way to go and return to the hotel and was reassuring us in case we were late in returning. A modern and quiet hotel. The location of the hotel is great, close to 100 Meters from the M&G shopping complex, you can find everything you need from clothes, sweets and restaurants. Room : They have rooms with views of the snowy mountains .and clean , have all the services. All the staff are wonderful. They speak English. The beauty is that they have supplies for those who want to climb Mount Blendok, and a free bus for delivery. They have a swimming pool and a sauna And a Turkish bath . they have breakfast, lunch and dinner for those who wish to book, the taxi service is fast, the city of Erzurum turkya is a small and beautiful city characterized by the generosity and hospitality of the Anadol turkya people, I thank the people of Erzurom Turkey for their hospitality to me .

nasıl başlasam bilmiyorum , ilk olarak yurt dışından geldiğim için wifi sorduk ,var olan interneti kendiileri kullanıyorlarmış yeni yasa çıkmış yasakmış (ayın 15 günü otelde kalan biri olarak bu bir yalan) oda daki tv ye cep telefonumdan internet bağlamaya çalışırken yapamadım ve teknikten gelen iki kişi de yapamadı 2 metre tv yi tablo niyetine kullandık. ikincisi otelde akşam yemeği yiyelim dedik,güzel bir italyan şarap açtırdım,ne şarap servisini biliyorlar nede çok özel şarapları var.karafları da kırık mış :) arkadaşımın ayağı kayakta yaralandığı için yara bandı istedik yok dediler(arkadaşlar otelinizde doktor olaması lazımken aldığımız cvp bu oldu,acil yardım kutunuzda mı yok dedim neyse bir iki yönlendirme ile derdimizi çözdük menüdeki yemeklereden sorduğumda da o yok malesef cvpları aldım genel görüşüm otelde çalışan arkadaşlar biraz acemi ,onların suçu yok başlarında yönetici yok. odalar çok sıcak olduğundan ısıtıcıyı kapatıp camı açtım soba dumanı doldu içerisi soğuk klimada çalışmıyor. sonuç olarak otel güzel ama bu yönetim ve vizyon ile ben buraya kesinlikle gitmem bidaha

A comfortable western hotel which is good for weary travellers! The temperature of the rooms was set at 26 degrees and they were unable to turn it down! They moved us to another room where there was the same problem - we were then told to open the window. The dinner was fine - it’s a buffet and good value - but nothing exceptional There is a small gym and sauna - the pool is clean and good but not really long enough. Friendly staff and they were helpful so can’t fault them.
