The hotel very well. He took over a reservation for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) that we had made through trip.com for the 4 of us, but when we got to the reception it turned out that the hotel only had two adults on record. We complained by phone to trip.com and he did not want to know anything. Just a warning to those who use trip.com as they are playing tricks. Beware of low prices and customer service. A website scam.

The complex is large, it has several pools, especially for children, with different depths and slides. Very clean and with lifeguards. There is also a bar, a small supermarket to buy the essentials and a souvenir and floats shop. But there is nothing else nearby, everything is residential, no shops or restaurants. About 10 minutes walk there is a small cove but for everything else a car is recommended. At the hotel they offer rental cars from different companies that bring you directly to the hotel door. The extensive and varied buffet food but standard quality, battle, pasta bar, pizza, cheese, salads... It has gluten free and vegan options, but not very tasty.
The last day they did not make our room, we called reception and they did not offer us any compensation for it.

Very Friendly Staff. Big Hotel lovely big rooms. Good choice of food, drinks and snacks throughout the day. 2 shops close by and only 1.80 euro to catch a bus into Mahón town. Great Animation Team, Aqua Gym thoroughly enjoyed daily. Plenty sunbeds and space around the pool. We had a great holiday. Thank you!

Fabulous hotel, only 15mins transfer from airport. Staff were friendly. I had a family room which had a bedroom for my son which was a bonus. Fridge, microwave, nice bathroom big shower. Balcony looking out to sea. Quiet location, pool was huge, with both shallow for kids and deep in middle. Excellent entertainment staff, had things running all day, kids disco in evening. Food was buffet style, something different every day. Good variety of food something for everyone, even my son who is a fussy eater. We went all inclusive so had snacks all day if needed, good choice. Tennis courts were well maintained, we got racquets from reception (no cost) and played daily. Beach towels provided by hotel at no cost. Small beach cove nearby not very accessible, gets very busy but quiet in the morning for good snorkelling. Supermarket next to hotel and small gift shop. If you’re looking for a quiet family holiday this hotel is excellent. I would definitely return.

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights on a girlie break, The location is pretty remote with absolutely nothing in walking distance and the beach is really disappointing. The pool areas at the hotel are lovely and there plenty sunbeds available no matter what time you look for one. The restaurant is very good as buffet restaurants go, plenty of choices at all meals however they could really do with labelling all the foods not just selected ones to give customers a better idea what the dishes are, the restaurant staff are very nice, you're met with a smile from Rafael when you walk in and we found Belinda to be very welcoming and friendly. The bar and terrace are lovely and the drinks are good too. The entertainment is a bit difficult to describe, standard basic entertainment as all inclusive holidays go but a girl called Christina is the star ✨ she's a real lively fun person ! They had a saxophone player out on the terrace while we were there who was excellent and made a nice evening with a bit of a relaxed atmosphere Our apartment was nice however the down side is the cleaning standard, it was very poor. Floors not cleaned, window in bedroom pretty dirty but was only 4 nights so not to big a deal for us Reception staff were friendly but they could do to give clearer advice on check in, All in all a good wee mini break, would I go back? Perhaps!
