We booked and paid for a suite only to arrive and find we did not have the room. It messed up our entire plan and we spent a lot more money. Their solution was to give us two rooms for one or cancel. They just didn't seem to care.

Just bad, dirty, broken door handle so couldn’t get out Exit door and place looks like needs lots of repairs

Property and room was disgusting. Blood on the carpet, band aid on the peep hole to my room. Dirty blankets out side my room for 8 plus hours. I asked to check out, i have photos, i have not heard back from ******* to confirm and front desk let me leave and understood my issues. I had to pay almost 2x the price to stay elsewhere whith such short notice.

Water pressure was good and bed was comfortable. Hotel was in poor condition. Couch in our room was stained. Cracks in tub surround. Bugs in ceiling fan in bathroom. Behind the bed and wall looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile. Inadequate light fixtures and lamps in room. Very dark in room except in daylight when curtains opened.
