Especially suitable for family travel

I find the hotel very pleasantly equipped. I can't complain about the cleanliness, everything is as it should be. The location was perfect; directly opposite the trade fair. Employees are very nice and very helpful.

This hotel must be praised, the price is favorable, the rent is large, and the breakfast is rich. It is relatively close to the subway and the airport, and is suitable for business trips. Great, this should be the most comfortable hotel I have stayed in in Europe!

Very clean & pleasant trip

We spent one night at the Moxy Eschborn on a recent trip to the Frankfurt area. The reason to chose the hotel was mainly driven by the complimentary free parking the hotel is offering and the overall competitive rate and being a Marriott Gold member. Check-in was fast and friendly and we were quickly off to our room on the 5th floor. The room featured a nice contemporary interior, large TV and was very clean. Same applied to the bathroom. Room size was acceptable for one night, but was on the small side overall. Upon checking we also received the invitation to join for a welcome drink at the bar. We went for the delicious “Moxy” cocktail. Whilst at the bar we also made use of some of the free games in the lobby area. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

We tried this budget hotel because of its convenient location. It was easy to get to from Frankfurt Airport with easy parking. The room was basic but clean and the the breakfast was absolutely acceptable. The service at the Lobby Bar was very friendly and prompt. We would use it again.

Very basic neon hotel. Annoying lights everywhere- even under bed which I could not figure how to switch off - and turned on randomly during night. (Bring an eye mask). Overall the place feels like a student lodge. The staff are very young and not especially helpful… you can’t help but wondering if there are any adults around. Breakfast pretty poor. Coffee machine broke and took three staff to figure out how to clear it. On the plus side - they made a reasonable chicken burger and beer - so all is not lost. It’s just not what you would expect in a business area when all you want is speed. Slow check in/check out and pathetic gym - but there is a pay as you go gym for 10eur across the road. (Again the staff didn’t seem to know anything about this). I wonder if they have ever met a business traveller before.

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für Frankfurt und Umgebung.  Schöne, große Lobby mit vielen ausgefallenen Deko-Elementen. Kleiner, aber feiner Fitness-Raum. Kostenfreie Parkplätze direkt vor und hinter dem Hotel. Es war alles in Ordnung, aber weder besonders schön noch in übermäßig gutem Zustand. Gerade das Bad haben wir als sehr klein empfunden, hier war einiges schief und/oder lose/kaputt inklusive der Klimaanlage. Das kenne ich von Moxy besser.  Das Personal würde ich neutral bewerten. Weder war es übermäßig freundlich, noch ist es mir als negativ aufgefallen. Grundsätzlich erwarte ich von Marriott-Häusern allerdings auch in diesem Punkt mehr. Über vieles lässt sich bei der guten Lage und dem Preis natürlich hinwegsehen.

Das ist ein recht gutes Moxy Haus. Ich bin öfter mal Gast in Hotels der Gruppe, da sie einerseits zur Marriott Gruppe gehören und entsprechende Mindeststandarts erfüllen, andererseits in Boomzeiten noch einigermaßen annehmbare Preise offerieren. Meine Grundanforderungen sind bequemes Bett, großer TV, ordentlich Wasserdruck in der Dusche und ein Parkplatz vor der Tür. Eins bis drei waren erfüllt, der Wasserdruck sogar außergewöhnlich. Da geht das Shampoo zackig aus den Haaren. Dafür war die Duscharmatur abgerissen und nicht repariert. Nächster Malus sind die geringen Parkplätze und keine TG. Das Frühstück ist kettenüblich, also reichhaltig mit einfachen Lebensmitteln, dafür günstig. Insgesamt sehr gut, könnte aber besser sein. Den unverschämten „Messepreis“ lasse ich jetzt mal außer Betrachtung. Woanders wäre es noch teurer gewesen.
