The location is fine if you are travelling with a car, but it surprised me by having been allocated to an unclean room when check-in. The unmanned service just makes everything worse and more complicated.

It’s an unmanned hotel, and the service is basically self-service. Haha, it’s quite interesting!

It's okay. The hotel is new and a bit far from the city center.

The room facilities are average, because the hotel emphasizes smart check-in and there are not many staff. If you are traveling for business and don't have high requirements, you can choose this one, but if you are on vacation, the configuration is still a bit poor.

Clean and friendly. The breakfast bread is delicious.

This hotel was our least favorite of the five we stayed in during our hike of Liechtenstein. It was self check-in and we did not see another human being until breakfast in the morning. It was Sunday so the restaurant on site was closed. We were in Room 411 and while you could see that the carpet had been vacuumed there were multiple stains and that made it feel dirty. They should replace the carpet in this room. Other than that, the room was o.k. This hotel seemed out of the way in a business/industrial area and rather than try to figure out a restaurant open on Sunday we just stayed in the room. We definitely missed the human connection here and we were just too tired to seek it out. Breakfast buffet in the morning was fine and there were plenty of selections and there was wait staff to clean tables and assist as needed. And there were people!

I have chosen this hotel for the weekend and had a great experience, nice design and cozy rooms, great views to the mountains, good breakfasts and parking nearby. Easy automatic check in and to go coffee machine available.

Huge room, helpful and highly efficient staff throughout, delightful staff to chat to and make you feel so very welcome (reception manager, bar/restaurant manager and breakfast lady), spotless bedrooms and comfortable beds with excellent en-suites. Just over the border from Switzerland which gave us the opportunity to visit Liechtenstein and it's capital in particular, Vaduz. Breakfast was excellent, as was dinner on the night of our arrival. We popped to Switzerland on night 2 for dinner, so very easy just over the bridge. I would go here again, definitely!

We stayed here after completing the Liechtenstein Trail. The hotel was nice and the self check in was easy. We had dinner at the hotel and it was outstanding. Breakfast the next morning was good. There was not much of interest near the hotel.

As the title suggests, as far as I'm concerned it is a somewhat impersonal hotel, immersed in an area where there is practically nothing around in the evening and where the hotel staff is practically non-existent and invisible... Upon arrival you will have to carry out self-check-in formalities in the hotel garage (free parking). Nothing particularly difficult though. The rooms are large and spacious, with clean bathrooms. I found the beds a little uncomfortable as well as the pillows but this is a typical Nordic style which I don't particularly like. Breakfast is well stocked but really too chaotic, basically all the food is in a small room with the result that you have to queue to access it. Maybe there is better but for the quality/price ratio perhaps I would go back
