Chambre vraiment basique… Pas de chambre de bain ni d’eau dans la chambre : Les toilettes communes sont Insalubres … On y accède après avoir descendu 3 étages dehors la nuit sous la pluie sans lumière … Il y avait seulement une vieille serviette sale accrochée sur un rouleau de papier de essuie tout en papier … Une toilette condamnée et une douche décrépie Dans la chambre ; mobilier manquant, le lit est un sommier à même le sol, pas de lampe de chevet, pas de tv, pas de wifi pas de frigo, même pas de boîte de mouchoir !!! Vieux draps très usés prêts pour faire des torchons , vieux oreillers aplatis, lit humide, pas d’air climatisée, mauvaise odeur. 165$ la nuit pas de déjeuner inclus … J’aurais dû partir ou au moins négocier … mais dernière minute on avait peur de ne rien trouver d’autre !!!

Nous avons réservé par internet et avions choisi de payer sur place. Notre carte de crédit a été débitée quelques jours plus tard. Ensuite, ils nous ont envoyé un courriel disant de communiquer avec eux car il y avait un problème avec notre mode de paiement ! Nous les avons contacté pour demander l’annulation finalement car il n’y a pas de climatisation. Ils n’ont pas annulé, nous avons dû le faire via le site où nous avions réservé. Après 2 semaines, nous n’avions pas reçu de remboursement, nous les avons rappelé et ils ont demandé une preuve que nous avions été facturé. Nous leur avons envoyé mais ce n’était pas assez lisible pour eux…Ils n’ont pas remboursé le bon montant… Le Monsieur de l’hôtel avec un accent français était bête et arrogant, il nous a insulté en disant qu’il en avait déjà beaucoup fait pour nous et qu’il souhaitait effectivement qu’on n’en fasse pas tout un plat pour la différence du remboursement. Aucun sens du service à la clientèle, d’autant plus que c’était leur erreur depuis le début.

We didn’t end up staying at this auberge but we had a bad experience with them. The web site didn’t work so I booked directly with them via phone. They promised to send a confirmation via email but never did. Immediately after making the reservation, our credit card was charged for more than the full price listed on the web. A couple of weeks later, I needed to cancel. It took 2 emails (neither of which was ever answered) and 2 phone calls until they finally processed the refund and even then, they charged a cancellation fee (not listed on the web site). Overall, very unprofessional, and unfriendly. We were glad we didn’t stay there; they don’t deserve the business.

Bonne accueil Chambre bien Belle vue d en haut du château Au niveau du déjeuner service très long (pris env 45 min pour servir 5 personnes) et un peu cher pour le contenu de l assiette. Donc en résumé oui j y retournerais mais déjeunerai ailleur
