I came from a 5 hour road, 2 at night I still could not sleep. Vehicle noise, it's like I'm sleeping in a tent. I slept for the last time from exhaustion. It's not worth the money

The room stunk of smoke, and the shower smelt mouldy. They denied it and I had to argue with them to get a new room. They told me 3 days into my 1 week stay that my booking was over and I had to leave. AGIAN I had to argue with them for about a day and show them my booking 5 times before they left me alone. Your room is only cleaned if you ask, and the staff serving breakfast couldn't be bothered. Breakfast ends at 10am, I waited from 9.45am for the boy to return from the shops at 10.05 and then refused to serve me. AGAAAAIN I had to argue to get my food. Will never stay again, they don't know what they're doing, rude and can't be bothered.

Smoking allowed in the rooms! Nearby in the room they smoked, it was impossible to sleep, you suffocated from cigarette smoke. In response to complaints, they say at the reception, we told them and everything continues. Horror, you can’t get anywhere at night, nothing helps. Avoid this hotel if you value your health
