The room is reasonably priced for what it is close enough to the tram and nice town to visit and mall.

We looked our stay BBQ Sunny Residencia. The rooms are clean and quiet with efficient aircon, and it offers a shared kitchen to prepare some food and short orders. It also has a washing machine to wash clothes. It is a bit outside the center of Barcelona, but well connected with public transport (about 30 min). We will certainly consider staying there again when back in Barcelona.

Absolutely would recommend, 10 out of 10, we book this out of the blue, not expecting anything but it really amazed us, the property have fancy technology for you to check in. The host was very keen on helping us. Would go back again.

Room was very clean, cool and spacious. The balcony was very beautiful especially in the morning. Bathroom was clean and we didn’t have to wait around to use it personally (was usually empty). Other guests were friendly. Air con was a treat in the heat. There is no lift so if you have luggage can be a struggle up to the 3rd floor but we managed! Host was very accommodating when contacted and was very helpful and friendly. Thank you for a great stay.

All the attention was very good, the self-check-in was simple and excellent attention from the landlady. Easy access, via metro and tram. The facilities, spectacular. Highly highly recommended!

At first it seemed like a place that had nothing to do with a hotel, but when I entered it was something else, very clean, great, the room was very nice and very modern.

I chose this because I wanted to experience a Spanish bed and breakfast during a family trip with my mother. Unfortunately, I didn't have a chance to meet the host or other guests. The room was very small and the facilities were not bad. The shared kitchen was not used by other guests, only the host. It was not the Spanish bed and breakfast experience I expected.

There are no cutlery, only chopsticks, I suspect that someone who only uses that is constantly living there, there were a lot of things in the kitchen and it was quite dirty, the refrigerator was full, there was no room, there are hours of use of the kitchen from 7 a.m. I was 23 and I didn't like that. The photos don't do justice to what it really is like, for example in our room there was no type of terrace. The bathtub gets clogged, it took me less than 10 minutes to shower and it took at least 15 minutes to swallow all the water. They didn't give us towels, and there was very little toilet paper. The ones downstairs had a super affectionate cat and the air conditioning was fine although there is only one control for everyone in the room and if you find it it is fine but we couldn't find it to turn it off and we had to sleep all night with it on and we were very cold . The room is not worth what it costs.
