First, kudos to the customer service team at Forenom in their response to my feedback. That's what lifted this review from 1 to 2 stars. Still, this is exceptionally bad when compared to other Forenom locations I've used. The bad: This location is billed as 'budget' but that's no excuse for dead bugs on the floor at checkin, bits of something on the duvet. The walls are paper-thin. The curtains don't block out enough light in Finland near midsummer. Ventilation seems to be nonexistent. The building (window frames, exterior) seems to be in exceptionally poor condition. There's a burnt-out car wreck in the 'garage' as well as someone's car that they appear to have been doing maintenance on for quite some time. The good: The sheets were clean, the public areas were clean, if very dated. Internet speed was very satisfactory.
