The scenery of the hotel is superb, even if we stayed in winter, the beauty of the lake cannot be concealed. The service of the hotel is also very good, and the free apples are very delicious. The hotel lobby has a typical Nordic style, warm and practical. It is very pleasant to take a walk by the lake and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

This hotel is centrally located next to the Tapiola Keskusallas pool where people are riding SUP boards in summer and skating in winter. Nearly all rooms have a balcony. We booked a Superior King room from a sale for 114 euros. Our room was ready on arrival at 12:15. This time we got a room on the 2nd floor with a bigger balcony. The room decor needs some updating but everything worked. What has been a real change for the better is that Sokos hotels have finally stopped offering these hard-to-use small single packages of bath products. Now they have high-quality Lumene products from pump bottles. The breakfast was well organized and it was easy to find a table although the hotel was quite fully booked. While checking in, you will get a slot for the breakfast. We opted for the last slot at 9:45.

The location is in the forest, the environment is very good, there is a beautiful lake behind the hotel, but the transportation needs to drive by yourself. The breakfast was great.

It was very pretty hotel and pretty room. You can drink for free, tea, cocoa or coffee in your room. Beds are amazing. And what is nice that Iso Omena is right next to hotel, you can walk there in 2 minutes and go shopping or something. Also swimming place and gym is next to hotel. Breakfast was delicious and restaurant waitress peoples are kind. And you can easily park a car in a hotel park hall.

Great hotel, here is some thougts: Pros: - The hotel has spacious rooms and good beds. - It is very cheap, and with the free S-Etukortti you can get 25% off the price. - There is free coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the lobby. - Location near metro station, and there is mostly some offices, so the area is super quiet in weekends. - Check-in at 12.00 already. - Co-working area in lobby with some vending machines. 17 Aug 2019: I booked a room for 3 nights on Booking.com. Next I had to pay in advance Eur 208 on Forenom's website with my credit-card. 23 Sept 2019: Forenom suddenly cancelled my booking (via email from Booking.com). There was no apology, nor explanation from Forenom. Booking.com says any increased cost will be refunded if I book again on their website--but the *only* property available on the site at such short notice is another Forenom apartment. 25 Sept 2019: on arrival in Helsinki I must pick up keys (while carrying my luggage) at an unmanned office 14 Km away from the apartment where I have to stay. After finally reaching the apartment, I have to make up my own bed, there's no WiFi, there are no facilties nearby (it's the middle of nowhere in the Vantaa area).
