I was disappointed this time with my stay. Last time I got a spacious room at good rates. For a hotel which is more like self-service this time around the rates were high! No discount for repeat customer or a good review given before 😔 First I was given a dorm room which was advertised as ”Apartment”, the room is big but the bathroom is tiny. Not much toiletries provided. The handshower length is tiny 😵💫 ... then they changed us to 'Queen Elegant room' but it was a very small room & extra tiny bathroom.. I did not like my stay. Why a phone was kept which did not work 😆 Just for show.? But location is king, quiet place & staff are friendly as before.

The e-sports hotel is clean and tidy, the room layout is perfect, elegant and not lost, and the service is thoughtful, making people extremely comfortable. It creates a homely feeling for me, no matter how big or small it is, it is so exquisite. Xiao Jia at the front desk is warm and thoughtful. I heard that I just changed a batch of air conditioners recently. The effect is quack. I will recommend it to friends around me to play here.
