I clearly ordered breakfast, but the service staff repeatedly told me that I had not ordered breakfast and needed to look up the order information. The next day was even more outrageous. A new service staff member told me that they saw two people staying in my room and needed to buy breakfast for two people. Not to mention that I only had one person staying in the room. The original order included two people. For personal breakfast, wouldn’t the front desk check the order information first?
