Staff is rude, In room refrigerator is broken, no hot water for showers, no manager on duty at night, was charged an extra $150 for "incidentals" upon check-in. Will NEVER stay at this hotel again.

My Mom, Sister and I recently participated in The French Connection Cooking Class at the Cook Academy. We were incredibly disappointed in the class. There was little to no instruction, equipment was poor (dull knives, ovens not working, etc.) and our Chef complained about the facility, equipment and lack of staff, which was very unprofessional. The class was very expensive compared to other superior cooking classes we have attended in other states. Would not recommend the class and will not be back.

Check the hidden fees when you book! Hot tub was overly chlorinated. Fixtures (lamp, clock, shower) in room were broken. Staff friendly but not helpful (didn’t know where exits were, not helpful in explaining extra charges to room)
