Very good hotel. The hotel is very new. There is a parking lot next to it. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the old street in the city center. When I booked the room, I found that the size and equipment of the comfort room and the superior room were the same. There was no difference. Only the official website showed comfort. The room has heating but no air-conditioning. When I arrived, it turned out that the comfort room did not have air-conditioning. You may want to pay attention if you book a room in summer!

The location is very good, just a few minutes walk from the Old Town Pedestrian Street, opposite the children's play facilities, the room is very clean. The hotel does not have a car park and there is a large public car park in the vicinity for a few ten nights.

Attention, pas de personnel à l’arrivée, il faut appeler. Les chambres sont correctes. Non climatisée. Certaines sont en basement. Petite bouteille d’eau offerte. Petit déjeuner très agréable. Joli salon décoré avec goût. Parking gratuit.

My wife and I were very impressed by the Ginn hotel/apartment. Check-in was relatively easy. It was a bit strange not to have a key to our room, but the code worked each time. The shower was wonderful with a rain shower head that could be removed and used as a hand-held. It also featured three settings. The blinds in the room were great for blocking out the light. The heater in the room worked real well. In fact, we had to turn it down. My biggest complaint was simply the hardness of the mattress and the lack of additional pillows. All in all a very good stay in a great location.
