Air condition/ heater is not working properly

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. But the neighborhood is noisy, close to the road and the train. The room has a nice big fridge for keeping things cold.

Property was newly renovated and clean, but renovation was done cheaply and did not reflect. In my opinion high price. No style.

Stayed for 8 days and housekeeping was promised for every other day. Housekeeping never went to the room, until I complained on day 6. They've remodeled so things in the room are new and clean, and the fridge is bigger than usual for a hotel. Trains blow their horns right across the street night and day.
