We had an amazing stay! Hotel is older and dated but very clean and conveniently located. Staff was great. Loved the game area and basketball hoop! The only down side we experienced was construction being done while we were there. Otherwise, we would definitely stay here again!

I attended a wedding in the area, my family and I needed to stay several days. The hotel has lots of rooms and parking spaces, parking is quite easy and free. The building is old and not much updated. Our room is very dark, and I did not like the carpet. The carpet was very dirty. Obviously they did not vacuum everyday. My sole of the foot got very dirty when I walk around on bare foot. The bathroom is very small and tight. Beds are too soft for us, I guess it must be a good bed but it's old now. No breakfast included. It's hard to find a good restaurant near this hotel. I don't think will visit this area again, but next time definitely I will choose different hotel.

I'm in a car club and we have nearly 40 Chrysler Crossfires meet and stay at this hotel in Eureka Springs Arkansas and we have stay at this same property each year for our 1 week event each year for the past 8 years now

We come here a few times a year. Always a great experience. The grounds keeper to the game room young man to house keeping and the office people are the best I have ever seen. Great job!
