Wir kommen immer wieder gerne in dieses Hotel zurück. Die Kombination aus leckerem Essen, Übernachtung und Wellness am nächsten Tag in der Badenwelt. Alle sind freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Küche im Restaurant ist gut. Sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen sind von guter Qualität. Allerdings waren wir von der Matratze in unserem Zimmer sehr enttäuscht. Völlig abgenutzt, was die Nachtruhe erheblich störte. Sehr schade für ein so schönes Hotel. Möglicherweise war es nur unser Zimmer 309. Wir hatten bisher keine Probleme damit.

Personal Trip
The first room we were given, had a used water bottle from the previous tenent along with hair in the sink, bed, and a dirty toilet. We informed the staff immediately and they moved us to another clean room promptly. The room had lots of nice features, but is missing the capability to allow guests to stream their own Netflix, or other digital media in their own language. I will bring my laptop with a HDMI cable next time to watch digital programs in my native language. The loction of the hotel is right across the train station which also has a taxi stand, making it great rest stop location. The parking garage is very secure and below the hotel, which can be a tight fit for larger vehicles. The breakfast was bland and I did like the self serving coffee machines. Overall, it was a good stay and will book again in the future.

Extremely hot room - not recommended
EXTREMELY HOT ROOM, the air condition didn’t work and we didn’t get ANY sleep. The room was much warmer than the outside temperature (our visit was in July).
We couldn’t have a window open due to noise from bus- and taxi station outside and people drinking at restaurant tables just below (felt like they were inside our room).
Besides the heat the room was fine, breakfast and garage ok

Super komfortable store værelser. Receptionisten om aften var mindre venlig. Ingen problem næste dag.
Vi nåede ikke at prøve Spa afdelingen, da vi kun var på gennemrejse. Rigtig god morgenbuffet.
