They all take very good care of us and handle situations as best as possible when some of the renters do not use the rooms to rest and sleep. I had to lose sleep, several times, and woke up wiped out. However, no matter how much misery the night held, seeing their humble faces; watching them work diligently to keep the motel in as good as shape as possible, made me think, this I can endure. I'd like to say that I do not recall ever meeting such sweet, hard-working, positive and cheery housekeepers ever before in my life. I was always taken care of with a smile, kindness, generosity, although they all have effects from this viral ordeal as well! What extra-special people are at this motel, working and running it! I Facebooked about how during the hardest times and finding yourself in places unexpected, you will discover the best of people. I was with the best of the best. I thought that it was going to be only one night I stayed, however, it turned into three weeks plus! This team of amazing humans made it feel homey. I felt safe despite the area and other things one considers. They should be role models for all challenging location motels. It would behoove Wyhndam to have any considered managers in the making for other hotels along this line to spend time working with and learning from Gill and Rekha. Why? Because how they are making such a difference between people from all walks of life... profoundly so! It makes the entire complex safer, people are wanting to be like them and it affects most guest relations because they set the stage with their wonderful influence. This particular property could be extremely dangerous with other management that would be hard, cold, rude, etc. Take it from me, they are EXCEPTION all across the board in how they do absolutely everything. On every level, working at this semi-budget hotel, everyone working on-site have four-star ethics, humanities, and most of all... five start hearts! I usually travel a lot mainly for business and this hotel is one of the best for its price range. The only negative aspect was the TV that did not work at the 1st day. However, the kitchen area (and its appliance), the convenience store, and the very nice breakfast really counted too many positive points. Clean and very quiet. Many families gathering together around the BBQ area but I do not see anything negative with this aspect, on the contrary :)

My friend and I stayed here for one night as the next day we wanted to go to The Museum Of Flight. Check in was a breeze with a very friendly girl working there. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived so we had to wait about 45 minutes as we were early. Our fault. She actually got us in earlier. Nice!! Room was very nice, comfy beds etc. The traffic in the area was just horrendous!! Especially after coming out of the Cascades. Way to busy for my liking!! Full breakfast the next day with all kinds of hot things like it used to be before covid.

The hotel is in a good location, just off the entrance to the I-5. There is free parking, and there should be two types of open and indoor elevators. Tea and coffee are available in the public areas of the hotel for 24 hours. Breakfast is the standard of Holiday Inn, with juice, coffee, milk, yogurt, meat, eggs, muffins, bread, cakes... The room is quite large, and the two big and small families usually do not need an extra bed. The front desk is quite nice.

The Saratoga Inn was a wonderful find in Langley on Whidbey Island. Overlooking Saratoga Passage with views to the Cascades, the inn provided a perfect escape. The staff was wonderful and one morning we had a breakfast, Mexican eggs, which will forever be on our list of memorable meals. Langley itself is compact and the ocean is but a short walk from the inn. One evening the rising moon silhouetted a tug towing a barge on Saratoga Passage - magical. Beautiful building in a beautiful setting.

This is a Hotel with great staff. The rooms are a DISASTER. The lighting is so bad I could not work in the evening. The rooms only have a fixed light above the beds. It is not possible to light the room. The rooms need a total rethink. They are too dark.

Good room with acceptable size! Breakfast was simple yet great! Got a great check in service provided by Las. Would definitely go back again!

The hotel should have just been renovated, the exterior looks rather old, but the rooms have been renovated so they are still pretty good. The location of the hotel is also ok, and the breakfast is relatively simple, and it is the shop with the least variety.

Except that the room was a bit noisy, everything else was fine. It is recommended to choose a room that is not facing the street.

The room was clean. Albeit needing some maintenance. Bed was comfy and air conditioning was adequate for the room. Breakfast was great. The morning staff definitely went above and beyond to make sure your day starts well. Overall a little noisy at night with thin walls but pretty typical of a hotel like this. The area definitely has a homeless problem. But the hotel seems to do pretty well with not allowing it on or near their property. Typical common sense rules apply, don’t leave valuables out in the open, etc.
