We booked the Superior Room with a sea view, it was a lovely room, clean and spacious with lovely views. Perfect location as you are 5 minutes walk from the beach and pretty much just outside the town. Warm welcome checking in and out. Only small issue is free parking isn't great you have to park up and have a bit of a walk BUT once you are parked you can just walk to the beach and town etc. But was a lovely stay and would return when visiting again.

Delightful helpful staff who did everything to ensure we had a great stay. A clean modern , stylishly decorated and spacious room, with fabulous views. Excellent value too, highly recommend. Great bar with excellent, good value cocktails .

I stayed at the Manor Hotel for 3 nights with my husband. We both thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. We also had breakfast which was good and served in a very pleasant room. The bar area is also nice. The staff were always friendly and attentive. It is very good value for money. The location is perfect for a visit to Exmouth.

This place is a great find Location ideal for town centre, marina and the beach front a couple minutes walk to each . The room 12A was light and spacious, beds comfy, and a great sea view , and cleaned every day , Breakfast was ok , with all the basics and even some cooked items , There is an amazing bar which they make the most fantastic cocktails and not over priced, The Indian restaurant on a evening has a great reputation but never tried it , The host from phoning and booking to leaving he was amazing, nothing to much trouble , Would I go back definitely would I recommend yes !

We enjoyed our stay at this characterful independent hotel in Exmouth. We booked two rooms for 3 nights mid-week at the start of the school summer holidays. The rooms were spacious and clean, the beds and bed linen comfortable and the bathroom was clean with a good shower. The shower in my son's room had low water pressure when we arrived, but a message to the hotel and they promptly resolved the issue. The breakfast smelt good each morning though we didn't try it as we prefer to eat later. We stayed during a heatwave and our room at the front of the hotel was hot. My son's room to the hotel rear was much cooler. We knew there wasn't aircon when we booked and accepted this and the hotel does provide fans for the rooms. The bar and dining room were both inviting and tastefully decorated with local artwork. We enjoyed our time in Exmouth and explored the area with the Manor Hotel provided a good base for doing this.

The hotel is nice with a good location. The staff are friendly. We had a lovely big room with a large window but as expected in this kind of building, the floors are pretty uneven and creaky, you can hear neighbours and in the morning, for some reason, we had no cold water, so the shower was scolding. The main thing that made it difficult for us was that the lift is absolutely tiny. We booked for 2 adults and a baby and you couldn't fit the pram in the lift so that made getting up and down very difficult. We also got charged extra for a cot, despite using our own bedding etc so I don't really think that was reasonable. It's not what I would call an accessible hotel. There is parking, but it's limited and chargeable. You can just find alternative parking on the roads nearby for free - but again, not ideal if you have alot of luggage/pram

Excellent location, very clean, decent breakfast & friendly staff, add a fantastic view from our 3rd floor room (24) what more can you ask for!? Only a few minutes from a nice town centre with plenty of shops, pubs & restaurants. Short walk to the sea front where you can walk for miles Lovely stay!

I recently stayed for one night while on a South Coast pathway hike. The hotel is adequate for this sort of stay. The location is good and check in was quick and efficient. The public areas had something of the nursing home feel about them with faded pictures, wire mesh glass etc. The rooms were fine....very clean and comfortable. The weather was hot and the provision of a fan in the room was very welcome overnight. I didn't have breakfast and so can't comment on the dining options.
