The hotel's service attitude towards Asians is not very good, but it is completely different for foreigners. About half of the employees are Mukou Mumen, which is definitely not comparable to traditional five-star hotels. It was clearly stated that there would be 30 minutes of free photography, but we spent a lot of time dressing up, and then only took 8 minutes of photography. The photographer had to ask us to confirm whether to purchase before deciding how much time to spend shooting for us. They treated us differently according to gender. We originally wanted to purchase the photos. But he had to ask us to choose how many photos to buy before taking photos for us, which was really bad. In the end, we decided not to buy any photos. Restaurant staff are often eager to take away your tableware. Even though it is an all-you-can-eat meal, half of each meal has been consumed. When you want to order the next dish, the staff comes to take away the tableware. Overall, there are too many ***** here and this hotel does not deserve such a high score.

We chose Emerald Faarufushi Resort as the destination for our honeymoon, and it turned out to be an absolute dream come true. Our 4-night stay at the Beach Villa with Pool, coupled with the exceptional service of every staffs, as well as our wonderful host, Kunal, made our honeymoon an experience beyond compare. As we stepped onto the pristine shores of the resort, we were instantly captivated by the ethereal beauty of our Villa. The villa, adorned with luxurious amenities, seamlessly combined modern comforts with the natural allure of the Maldives. The private pool, surrounded by lush greenery and mere steps away from the sparkling ocean, offered us moments of intimacy and tranquility. Throughout our stay, Kunal, our gracious host, deserves special commendation for making our stay truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, he greeted us with a warm smile and a genuine enthusiasm that instantly made us feel at home. Kunal's attention to detail was impeccable, and he went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our honeymoon was flawless. Kunal made us feel like royalty, and we are immensely grateful for his genuine and personalized service. The Resort also offers a plethora of activities and excursions, and we took full advantage of the water sports and snorkeling opportunities to explore the breathtaking coral reefs and encounter exotic marine species. Each adventure was expertly organized by the resort, ensuring our safety and enjoyment at all times. The culinary experiences at Emerald Faarufushi Resort were simply sensational. The resort's restaurants and bars offered a diverse range of delectable dishes, each prepared with the finest ingredients and presented with artistic flair. Beyond the exquisite dining experiences, the resort's attention to sustainability and environmental conservation added an extra layer of significance to our stay. Overall, this is heaven of heavens that I cannot recommend enough.

I went here during my break, and I would 10/10 come here again! This was honestly one of the best places I’ve ever been to, the views were breathtaking. There were always a lot of fun activities to do like the sushi class! I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience with the magnificent views and I have even got the chance to see dolphins and snorkel with turtles. It’s simply an outstanding place. Aside from the wonderful scenery and fun activities, the hospitality here is top-notch! Wherever we went we would always feel welcomed and we were treated with such kindness. The servers and staff would always try their best to engage in conversation and would always ask us about our day. They were so friendly and one of them, Priyanka (I think that’s how it’s spelt) would often joke around with my brother, it was a great experience to be surrounded by people with such kindness. We also had a guide called Roman and he was always very friendly and positive, he also came to check up on us every dinner and made an effort to go above and beyond when helping us! The staff at the dive centre and water sports centre were always eager to help when we were doing any activities! Even though our house was located quite far away from the restaurants we were always able to call a buggy to our destination, which was extremely helpful! These people were a highlight in making our trip enjoyable. The food here was also remarkable, there was always a large display of varying foods from different places in the buffet! We were also given different restaurants every day and it was an experience to try so many extraordinary cuisines, there were so many options for vegans and vegetarians and there was a large selection of non-alcoholic drink options! The facilities are also incredible! My family stayed in both the beach villa and the sea villa, we even got a free upgrade to a bigger room for the sea villa! There is a spectacular view from the beach villa to view the sunset and it is just so beautiful, the beach villa came with its own pool and we had two rooms as well the bathrooms were also so well done, and came with its own hygiene sets as well, like toothbrushes, towels, shampoo, conditioner and so much more! The sea villa was just as spectacular, we got the experience of snorkelling in the ocean and it was full of so much sea life, the sea villa had two rooms, a large pool and the bathrooms also come with a hygiene set! Our trip was filled with fun memories that were made unforgettable. If I ever get the chance to come back to Maldives I will be staying here!

Dolphin trip is fantastic. Food is delicious. All the staffs are very nice. Water villa is very nice. My daughter likes kids club，she likes to play uno with kids club staff. Diving is very interesting，we saw four sea turtles，so cute. Sunset is soooo nice，we love it .

Emerald Faarufushi was the second island we visited in The Maldives. It is a smaller island and takes under ten minutes to walk all the way around. We landed at the jetty and once off the sea plane we were greeted warmly by staff and offered champagne. We were then introduced to our personal butler, Haseen, who was assigned to us for the duration of our stay. Haseen escorted us to a buggy and drove us around the island giving us all the information we needed. When we arrived at the villa (beach villa with private pool), our luggage had already arrived. The villa was beautifully designed, cool and airy with a high vaulted wooden ceiling. The villa gave an air of natural materials, with wooden screens to hide the dressing room which provided plenty of space. The fridge contained champagne, two bottles of white wine, two bottles of red wine, beer, juices etc. There was also a selection of crisps, nuts, sweets and chocolate. There was a great selection of tea and coffee and plenty of bottled water. The bathroom was exceptional! Large windows surrounded the room (privacy was carefully planned here). There was a double vanity unit, separate WC behind a glass door, and a huge walk-in shower with an amazing, powerful shower. There was everything you need to use during your stay, toothbrush, hairdryer, shaving kit, plus lots of other personal care items. Another glass door lead us outside to an enormous outdoor bath and shower - a tropical sanctuary! You are also provided with complimentary Emerald branded flip flops and beach bag. Slippers and dressing gowns are provided too for use during your stay. The main room faced the outdoor pool with the beautiful white sandy beach and turquoise waters literally 30 feet away, which took our breath away! Our villa was exceptionally cleaned by Wejje each day, and anything we had used was replaced. Wejje found a gold charm which had come off my anklet without my knowledge. Thank you Wejje! There are five restaurants on this beautiful resort. Each offers a different selection of dining choices. We dined at all of them during our stay and have to say that the food is excellent. The head chef is passionate about the quality and presentation of his food. He is visible each evening and takes time to speak to guests. There is a wide selection of wines, beers and spirits along with delicious cocktails. All staff have such an attention to detail and nothing is too much trouble. They are friendly and take a genuine interest in you to ensure you have everything you need. Excellent service is top of the list on Emerald Faarufushi and staff work hard to ensure this happens. We met the Resort Manager, Rao, who takes a personal interest to ensure guests are happy. Rao has high standards and this attitude filters down to every single one of his staff.
