Great place

Compared to your B&Bs, the one in Faenza is dated, like the one in Bologna but at least it was clean and didn't have a spider on the curtain. b&b bologna is definitely better, excellent prices on both but very dated hotels.

Convenient for those who need to find a hotel near the motorway entrance for work or necessity. I didn't use the breakfast so I can't comment. Rooms very clean, quiet (you can't hear the traffic of the cars) and quite spacious. I recommend putting at least one extra pillow in the room. Experience to be redone. Definitely will resume here in my next stay in Faenza

Excellent location for business trips or to break along the highway, good hearty breakfast, comfortable bed and pillows and very kind staff.

We were greeted with great courtesy and competence. We were positively surprised by the architecture of the structure, the furnishings and the excellent cleaning. I immediately downloaded the app to reuse the chain in other cities.

I made the reservation for a Sunday instead of a Saturday in error, and they would not let me change it with over 6 weeks advance notice. I didn’t want a refund, i just wanted to change the night. They refused to accommodate my request. Would not recommend booking in advance here.

Stayed in this establishment a few times now,very consistent,clean and FRIENDLY!…. car parking and proximity to motorway very good, the breakfast….plenty of choice and alround excellent value for money….the French could learn a thing or two from these people as it is a hotel chain….

We have stayed at this hotel a few times and the service gets better each time. Rooms and facilities are always good but the staff, especially on reception, get even better each time we stay. Thank you once again to you all at B&B Faenza.

I opted for this hotel as I felt the price was very good for 2 nights. From start to finish I could not have asked for anymore. Roberto was very quick to respond to me and very friendly as I was arriving after 11pm so I needed to check myself in. This set up was very impressive for me and Roberto made me feel at ease as I knew exactly what I must do to check myself when I first arrived. The room was very modern and clean with a huge TV on the wall with all channels. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower was very nice too. Breakfast was very tasty with a very good choice and all for just €7!!! I was very impressed that all the staff in the hotel spoke perfect english as I only speak english myself so that really was a bonus that I was not expecting. The small shop in front of reception was very handy and it was fitted with all the essentials along with snacks and drinks which also was just a great thing to have as a guest in the hotel. Roberto was very friendly and even called a taxi for me and answered all questions that I had as I was not familiar with the area. Denata at reception was also very friendly, accomodating and helpful. All staff I dealt with were really of a very high standard and just lovely. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in Faenza and I will be back!

This hotel does what it says on the tin. Nice staff, breakfast had a reasonable choice and, if you don’t want to go out, you can buy and microwave an evening meal. The bed was comfortable and the shower excellent.
