Room was rundown. Walls damaged. Paint on the fixtures. Mirror closet door did not close properly. Front desk staff were not very good at there job. Definitely not what i would expect from a Hilton brand hotel.

The staff was very nice, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was great. However, my room was a wreck - clogged sink, broken tile in shower, loose hinges on entry door that kept it from closing properly, and non-functional door safety latch. There were water stains on the ceiling, and sloppily-patched cracks in the drywall. The electrical outlets were worn out and flaky. I could go on. I would have asked for a different room or gone to another hotel, but I was exhausted after a 14 hour work day. I mentioned all of this to the sympathetic desk clerk when I checked out, and she gave me a discount on my room rate. So, my employer got a discount for my inconvenience.

Don’t stay here. I never complain….and we travel at least 10 nights a month…Diamond membership…but this place needs to be dozed. Rough from the lobby to the room. Old and not very clean. Carpets very old and stained. Just sad…..I’ve never seen a Hampton in this bad of shape….. Nice staff and ok breakfast.

The staff at Hampton Inn were very nice and attentive. However, the only thing I didn't like was that the rooms are only cleaned if the guests ask. I understand that they maybe short staffed but, I feel like the rooms should be cleaned daily. When we arrived, the room looked pretty good the beds and bathroom were nice. I didn't find any stains or any signs of bed bugs. All in all it was a nice stay.

They said housekeeping service was available ONLY upon request and yet a maid entered my room several times during the week unannounced and unrequested.
And there was a couple of days when hot water was not available for showering.

Carpet and upholstered chair in room were visibly dirty. Closet door stayed open because locking mechanism was missing; manager made aware and did nothing. Dirty washcloth left hanging in shower. Front desk evening staff and breakfast service staff were very pleasant and helpful.

This Hampton Inn is a step above a lot that we've stayed in. It appears to have been updated with showers and a large dining area. Breakfast was really good and the room/bed/shower were all great. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back when we visit family in the area.
