Customer service and location were excellent, spa was out of order. I choose that hotel because of the spa and was disappointed.

No place to set suitcase. Either had to set it on the floor and bend over all the time or on a bed, which you then have to move to sleep. I've never been in even a cheap hotel where there was not a luggage stand available. The people at the front desk said they had never heard of such a thing, didn't have a clue how to help. We stay in Cincinnati often, but will go to a different Hampton Inn from now on.

The spa tub was closed due to a broken heater which was very disappointing as that was the primary reason I selected this hotel.

Comfortable beds. Disappointed that the pool and hot tub were not working. Heard from two other guests that they were disappointed as well.
