We loved the Wyndham Resort. Units were excellent and well furnished. Activities include bowling, 3 pools, exercise facility, mini golf and full size golf course onsite. Restaurants close in the area.. Beautiful Greers Ferry Lake with a marina close by. Grocery store just out the entrance of Fairfield Bay is handy. The Staff was very helpful and friendly. We would come back again.

My only complaint is that the Check In office closes at 8:00 during the week. We had a two bedroom in The Fairways. It had a nice size living area and kitchen. The master had a king sized bed that was super comfortable with a huge shower. The second bedroom had a queen that was equally comfortable. There were two balconies; one was a beautiful view of the golf course. The cabin was clean and had an updated look. The pool that we went to was huge and clean with a snack bar that sold ice cream and other treats. The resort was close to several UTV trails, bowling alley, and a few restaurants. We will definitely be back.

Wyndham was a great choice for a family vacation. The grounds were well kept and massive with plenty amenities. All the activities not included gave us a discount for being a part of Wyndham. The condo was very spacious and equipped for everything we needed for a week-long stay. We certainly will be back!

This was the absolute worse stay that Ive ever experienced. Ive never had to wait over 2 hours to check in. Instead of taking accountability the staff kept blaming ******* for cancelling my booking but my booking was still very much booked in ******* and deleted in their system. It was the worst situation and enough to make me never come back! The noise of the tenants on top of us was awful. This was by far the absolutely worst experience ever!

We typically come here once a year. It is a wonderful place to de-stress. The lake is beautiful, such clear water.

Beautiful view from the balcony. This hotel was the perfect getaway in this quaint southern town. From the desk attendant to the maintenance man, everyone showed true southern hospitality. We will definitely be back.

Better than we expected! Ample space for 2 adult couples. Off season, so there wasn't a crowd in March. Comfortable beds and a clean unit!

Travelers almost anywhere in Arkansas should expect a small-town or rural experience. Club Wyndham Resort at Fairfield Bay is no exception. Surrounded by forest of water, the community is very typical of mountainous portions of Arkansas, with the main features being outdoor activities. Our two-bedroom plus loft unit was modern, spacious, quiet, and clean. The spiral staircase is tight and much more suitable for teenagers than for "seniors." Although the unit sleeps eight, there is table seating for only six. TV and wifi worked mostly -- but one TV could get only a small fraction of stations available on the TV in the living room. Travelers looking for a quiet, remote vacation may be very pleased with the accommodations at Fairfield Bay.

The facility was quiet and very comfortable. The setting is beautiful. The Wyndham team was exceptional! Ashley, who I believe is the Guest Services Manager, and Casey, who I think is Facilities Manager, went above & beyond to meet our needs and make our visit wonderful.
