Very clean y confortable room

Room was great, clean roomy. Had a good breakfast both day Would stay again. 🫠

Staff was friendly & helpful. Hotel was clean & ample parking. However, elevator was not working, several channels on TV didn't work because their subscription ran out, breakfast was poor (either freezer burned or over cooked sausage), & they stuck me with a $12 parking charge that is nowhere to be found on their website.

Awful experience! We stayed here 8/21/24 -8/8/25/24 and the condition of the hotel almost ruined our romantic birthday getaway. Everything was in disrepair!! The pool was out of service when we arrived, elevators were broken, and our TV didn't work the entire visit with no care or compensation. I searched for a hotel with breakfast and parking. The breakfast was too salty so we still had to buy breakfast elsewhere and the location was further away from Napa than I envisioned. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra money and stay in Napa. ..the place is not worth the disappointment and can ruin your trip. When I called the front desk to discuss these issues we were informed the manager's weren't in and would address. Well we're back home and still waiting. The cleaning staff were nice.

I stayed at this property for 75 days starting in June of 23. I have to say the staff at this property are something special(especially the front desk staff, all shifts and the supervisor). They made me feel right at home the entire time. This group of ladies and one gentleman are the perfect example of superb customer service, friendly and fun. Great stay, great staff and new friends made. Five stars in my book!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The customer service was exceptional. Mary Ruth was so accommodating and delightful to work with. The room service was great. The folks who provided the breakfast for us every morning were so pleasant and the service they provided was wonderful.

Everything was absolutely great 10 out of 10 except the constant smell in hallway on floor 4. It was always this old nasty smell every time in the hallway night or day. Rooms were bid and fan in master room was amazing! Great place to stay!

The first room we got the TV was not working. We were given another room and the shower was not draining. Maintenance tried twice and was unable to correct the issue. We asked if there was any possible way we could stay one more night and they were unable to accommodate us. The property was clean, the room was very large and comfortable. There was lots of space to walk our dogs. The pool was being fixed. The staff was all very nice and apologetic for being unable to correct the drain issue. We were given points for our inconveniences.

The review would be a five if it was only about the great staff there. George in housekeeping was very helpful and Keilani at the front desk was delightful to talk to. The review is a two for four reasons... 1) The indoor pool was a selling point but it was closed and completely torn up for renovations, which really should have been mentioned on the website to avoid disappointment. I felt intentionally deceived. 2) The fitness room AC was broken and it was a stiffling 80 degrees in there for a miserable workout. 3) The pullout sofa was worn and the mattress was thin and uncomfortable. 4) There was a hole punched in the bedroom door which was very poorly patched and the shower tub spigot was so poorly installed there was a big gap from the shower wall. A Homewood Suites shouldn't feel like a Motel 6.
