Good luck! You may think you are calling this hotel, but in fact, you are calling someone in another country. I have simple questions and concerns and have been unable to get anyone to understand me. I booked this room 2 days ago and will be staying there tonight. I hope the aesthetics are better this time around. I believe this hotel is going downhill FAST. The carpets are extremely worn, maid service leaves a lot to be desired. Parking lot is always a mess. Great location--and once was a wonderful place to stay. SAD . . . What I am most irritated about is that I cannot speak to someone at the hotel's front desk. That is assinine!

Excellent experience for our first visit to this hotel. Wanted to get away for the night (driving in from NW Florida), and Mobile is a bit sketchy these days. This hotel is the only major chain hotel in downtown Fairhope. It is walking distance to several Excellent restaurants, bars and shops. Free garage parking and a well maintained breakfast buffet. The first room we were assigned had a minor maintenance issue, and staff were able to relocate us quickly. Both rooms were in great condition, clean and quiet throughout the night.

This property feels like it’s from the 1980s. It is in dire need of renovations and updating. However, the location is excellent and the staff is very nice and quite helpful. At least the parking is free. Even so, it’s a worn out 1980s type property charging 21st Century prices.

Located in lovely downtown Fairhope. The staff was friendly and professional. If convenience is what you’re looking for, then look no more. Only negative for me personally was the towel track placement in the accessible bathroom.It is located directly above the grab bar, making the grab bar barely useable or safe
for a person with mobility issues.

Check in was great, employees super friendly. The room was not clean. Bugs on back of couch, bugs on floor, greasy looking stuff on table and desk. Non refundable room or we'd have left.

First impressed when you walk into the hotel is weathered upholstery in the lobby)breakfast area. It was really unattractive and why it hadn't been fixed is perplexing. In addition, we forgot spare socks so bought new ones and they became filthy walking around the room for a couple hours..we threw them away. The staff is outstanding! Everyone we encountered greeted us and was friendly with good recommendations. Beds comfortable, bathroom clean. Breakast good with several choices. Outstanding location right in the middle of everything. Upkeep would make it a 10.

Needs a lot of upgrades. Torn carpet, old furniture and I’m surprised they have not lost the Hampton franchise due to standards. AC did not work in room but they moved us to a suite that was in the same dated shape. I did tip the front desk and maintenance guy $20 each. I’m sure they have a tough job with complaints.

Our stay coincided with the arts and crafts festival. We didn’t know that until we checked in. Was amazing. Perfect hotel!
