I must describe it truthfully.
1 The air conditioner in the room was broken. It was very cold and rumbling when I turned it on high. It stopped working when I turned it on low. I couldn't use the air conditioner all night.
2 The sink was broken and the water couldn't go down.
3 The bed was too small, only 0.8 meters, and there was no place to sleep.
4 I booked two nights and paid for two days. I planned to refund one night because of the above problems. The hotel front desk said that it was not refundable and I had to stay. Ctrip negotiated with the merchant many times but failed. Later, the hotel called the police. The police asked me to submit various information and made all kinds of difficulties. It's ****.

Good experience overall. Staff was friendly professional & helpful. I have stayed at a lot of hotels but Serena was the best. services were top notch. Ambiance was cozy & was lovely. would love to stay again Serena Faisalabad is one of the prettiest hotels with warm & cozy infrastructure

Staff is not professional. I got multiple calls in the midnight around 01:30 am to 02:30 am. When I complained at the reception, they said they did that mistakenly and did not do a corrective action. Paying such a decent amount and getting a lethargic service was not expected from Serena hotel however, it is disappointing to see such service.

One of the best hotels not only in Faisalabad but also in Pakistan. I admire their professionalism, consistency and level of service they provide. Special credit to the team. I have been staying at the facility for more than 15 years and my experience throughout is amazing. Special mention of Mr. Aqib who made extra efforts to facilitate me on my last visit.

Maintaining the quality of service and ambience over the decades. That’s the hallmark of Faisalabad Serena. Its lush green gardens and views from all rooms are very refreshing . Food served was also very good quality . The quality is maintained on every step
