The exceptional customer service at this hotel impressed me. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They were also able to recommend places to get any meal that we needed. It is a lovely hotel with a beautiful restaurant. Amiable staff. The hotel is full of great art and elegant décor—just a charming place The vintage aesthetics of the hotel rooms were excellent. Our Room was spotless, comfortable, and spaciou The hotel was beautiful, with clean and comfortable rooms. It was even better than expected. The price was terrific. There were great restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again.

one of the oldest hotels of Faizabad Shane Avadh stands apart in older days. but gradually it lost it's old reputation. It's location and building is very important and good but maintenance is deteriorating day by day. walls are not painted, bathrooms are dirty and some appliances are broken, lack of exhaust fans and stained bed linens makes it unhygienic. services are not efficient, I ordered the tea and I have to remind it three /four times, then I could get the tea and that too not according to my instructions, same with the morning breakfast. hospitality is totally missing, it felt like they are doing some grace on the customers. room rent seems too high regarding to the ground reality. fan and tube light are connected and switch was given outside of the room. I stayed there for two days in a week in two different rooms, every time I faced the problem with tube light and fans. no provisions for mosquito repellent, no room fresher. pillows were to hard to tolerate. drinking water is a problem too and working staff is too arrogant. It was really very bad experience.

Generally, the hotel was above expectation. Congrats! Food was good,fresh,tasty less oily and on time. There newly refurbished rooms were tastefully done and renovated. The hotel location is excellent & near to airport. I thank management for upgrading our room to their classic room. Such positive service attitude is highly commendable. We look forward to seeing you again in future

Everything in this hotel is perfect except conduct of support staff. Management should look into this and must org-anise professional grooming workshop of short duration for their employees.

Terrible and worst experience i have ever had. First of all their room and facilities are not matching with the room price. They charged rupees but they provide a room with no proper toilet kit, only 2 rupees soap they provided. No exhaust fan in their bathroom. Their room service was pathetic. I ordered my dinner at 9. 45 pm and they served me at 11. 15 pmin the morning i ordered tea at 8. 30 and they served at 10. 15. I highly recommend all of you that please don't book this hotel and save your money.

No cleaning in hotel. Only gf was looking good. Lightning was not good in room. Plumbing material was very old & bed situation in toilets. Total wastage of money.

Rooms were not clean as insects were there, room service very bad and food was staled and very poor in taste. Overall the hotel is not worth to stay. As it was booked by some one else so i have to stay there otherwise never think of this type of hotel.
