Friendly and helpful staff.
The location of the hotel is 20 minutes walk from the station.
There are good restaurants near the hotel
Polite staff.
They gave me the room at 8 in the morning while check in is scheduled for 3pm

Hotel is very basic but very very clean and well maintained. Breakfast is adequate and the cakes are superb. The are seems very safe will good public transport option. The swimming pool didn't seem to be open which is disappointing.

Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte per fare tappa in un viaggio lungo. Sicuramente, come ho letto, è molto datato ma devo riconoscere che la camera era pulitissima anche nei dettagli e sappiamo che far apparire una camera non proprio nuova anche pulita non è facile. Personale molto gentile. Io non mangio molto ma ho visto che La colazione è varia, sia dolce che salata. Il parcheggio è ampio e comodo. Insomma...se non si è proprio esigenti sull arredamemto è ina ottima soluzione.

Personale gentile e disponibile. Struttura un po datata con alcune camere un po’ usurate. Ristorante e bar con sufficiente varietà e buona qualità. Soggiorno per lavoro un paio di notti alla settimana già da qualche mese e sono sempre accolto con cordialità. Rapporto qualità prezzo imbattibile.

Abbiamo alloggiato per Falcomics. Credo sia unico hotel a Falconara . Un po’ datato però ottima pulizia, letti comodissimi,colazione buona anche se da migliorare( in senso che manca il bacon e le uova strapazzate).Unica pecca il ristorante. Lo chef deve essere mandato via subito…i piatti sembrano riciclati …non credo sia cosi però decisamente non sa cucinare. La pasta lasciamola sta …la grigliata pure…..Il cameriere non vede l’ora di levarti il piatto …mette un po’ ansia …. Insomma il ristorante è da rivedere.

We just needed a place to sleep for our road trip, but the hotel was very old and outdated. The wall paper is peeling off the walls. Again it was ok for a quick rest, but I would not recommend to stay in it. Breakfast was included and it was very nice.
