Ocean Coral Spring was a great place to stay. The hotel staff are fantastic and take care of your needs. Wayne from the Blue team was amazing, great personality and very people oriented, he makes you feels welcome.

My family and I had an amazing time. The food and service were impeccable. The facilities were also fantastic, pity the stay was short so could not indulge in most of the activities. Notable mention to staff Cranston, who went above out of his way to ensure that our requests were honored (give that guy a raise) I would definitely return to Royalton.

Facilities are really lovely. However customer service need to be improved generally. Food and entertainment are ok. The best tasting food is at Captains market restaurant. Enjoyed bowling.

Very cool staying experience, and Ctrip is indeed much cheaper than booking in high-end hotels. Every time a five-star hotel for vacation abroad is booked by Ctrip. This hotel is a very high-end resort all-inclusive hotel. You can check in at the reception hall of the hotel before leaving the airport and then there will be a special car pick-up ($33 per person, including pick-up and drop-off) This all-inclusive hotel has a total of seven restaurants with different styles, covering French cuisine, Italian cuisine, Jamaican cuisine, and Asian cuisine in various styles. Although the business hours are different, it is basically possible to eat 24 hours a day. The service in each restaurant is very good. The meals are all formal and high-grade meals, with very high-quality ingredients. Asian restaurants are very popular, probably because they are far away, haha, you need to wait in line. The beach and sea view of the hotel are almost perfect, and the supporting facilities are mature: swimming pool, gymnasium and bar counter everywhere. Small snacks, barbecues and cocktails are provided at all times. During the day, there are yoga instructors and fitness instructors to take you for leisure and fitness. In the evening, there are singers singing for you by the terrace restaurant. After the meal, there is a beach party with the same theme every day. Champagne and desserts are always available in the lobby. In addition to the free daily leisure hotel schedule accidents, you can also order various one-day tours in Jamaica at the hotel. It is recommended that the yacht goes out to sea for $99 per person, but it is extremely satisfying. Breakfast is recommended on the east side of the hotel (it is recommended to get a map after you arrive, this hotel is really super big) buffet Western breakfast here you can imagine. Excellent staff from the Wayne the shuttle driver to the front desk clerks Mervina and Beverly and the activities clerk Marsha. Housekeeping and bell hops gave excellent service. Housekeeping surprised me with a beautiful birthday surprise designed with flowers and towels on my bed!! Very clean modern room with large flatscreen had firestick tv steaming! Fridge wasn’t working properly and hot water kept going out but it was fixed quickly. Ice bucket / coffee pot present but must get ice from restaurant. Dining staff very accommodating. Food was ok. Breakfast is complimentary with local menu mixed with American items. Loved eating overlooking the spectacular views of the ocean and planes flying in nearby at MJB airport. Lunch and dinner not comp. I ate down the cul de sac at Peppa’s Restaurant which had amazing food. Property interior is very nice and the views leading to the ocean overlooking the tourist areas spectacular! One can see the The hotel sits on a hill so ging to and from tourist activities like the hip ***** and other tourist attractions nearby is 1.5 miles walking but a 30 min walk around and down the hill. BUT THE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE TOURIST ***** SHOULD BE COMPLIMENTARY. I spent most of my money on shuttle service which only was less then 2 miles!! Each way is $20!!! Free shuttle service should be offered only to the main ***** because it is dangerous walking around a hilly terrain faced with speeding cars and trucks. The location on the map is somewhat deceiving. It’s best to rent a car just to go down the hill. Hopefully shuttle service will change soon and service ran periodically at least 2 times an hour to the ***** and back.

I had an amazing vacation at S hotel. The service was top notch! I had issues with the bathroom upon checking in, and the assistant GM immediately upgraded my room and added free massages to compensate for the inconvenience. The food was delicious and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. If you’re a sunset lover, then you’re in for a treat! I will definitely be returning.

Incredible vacation at Half Moon Bay Rose Hall Villa! Staff made it perfect with their huge smiles and can do attitudes! Thank you Mr. Young, Karen, and Chadilla a/k/a Butler: Waiyaki... Cook: Karen... Room Attendant : Chadilla. Entire resort was clean, picture perfect, and full of friendly, happy staff. Food was over the top and various beaches with beach service including fresh coconut water right out of the shell was amazing. Audrey helped coordinate a private party with calypso band, magnificent beach bonfire and decorations! Joy was always available to provide island bling to buy and Nictoria seemed to be everywhere always remembering our names and favorite beverages. Thank you Half Moon Bay and staff for giving all 10 of us a vacation full of wonderful memories to last a lifetime.
