I chose this hotel as the one I usually stay at is expensive. On arrival it was easy to park on the street outside the property. Check in was easy, you just push the bell and you are checked in straight away. My room was pleasantly upgraded which I was pleased about and that was kind. The room was very clean and comfortable, nice little touch with the chocolates on the bed! Nice tea making facilities with biscuits. Shower toiletries available. Free wifi. Breakfast, I asked if I could have breakfast a bit earlier as I needed to be somewhere and they accommodated me very well. Lovely breakfast and lots of choice. I would stay here again 🙂

I loved my stay here, it was everything I needed. I really enjoyed the scrambled eggs and smoked salmon for breakfast and fresh fruit salad. Excellent value for money, fabulous location and friendly, helpful staff. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic Location, clean and bright rooms and friendly hospitable owners. Would definitely recommend a stay here while you will receive a warm welcome. The hotel is situated near the beautiful golden beach and conveniently close to the town and harbour.

Stayed for the weekend for the sea shanty festival. The hotel is easy to find and is only a ten minute walk from the town centre. There's a car park but it's very small, we were lucky enough to find street parking very close. We were met by somebody we presumed was the manager or owner and given our key, few words were exchanged. Our room was ok, a bit tired perhaps, with tea and coffee supplied. The bathroom was ok with a roomy shower and it was well stocked with toiletries. There was no information in the room about the wifi password, breakfast times etc so we had to ask about those on the way out. There was a bar which we didn't use. Breakfast was a bit of a disorganised shambles tbh. There was no one to talk to, the young staff, although very polite, didn't seem to know what they were doing. My full English was well presented and tasty although the beans were stone cold on both mornings. On the second morning one of the other guests had to bang on the kitchen door to get the attention of the staff, nobody seemed interested in serving anybody well after breakfast was supposed to have started. We had to ask for milk, orange juice etc to be replenished even though it was clearly visible that they'd run out. There was nowhere near enough room to seat all the guests and there was no system of sittings. Our room wasn't attended to at all so our tea and coffee supplies weren't replenished, which was disappointing. Last time we visited Falmouth we stayed in a hotel a couple of hundred yards away, which we expect will be where we stay next time. We both felt a bit let down.

The pros: comfy bed, nice shower, nicely painted room. Get ready for the cons: Terrible check in by young man, didn't speak to us apart from tell us how much we owed and here's the keys to our room. No info given or in room about facilities or breakfast times.. Mismatched old furniture Breakfast well here goes. Nice on the first morning although we had to keep asking for things, like orange juice refilling more milk. 2nd morning I had the continental breakfast very nice. Service again shocking miserable looking staff no interaction with guests.. Young man who served us had dirty finger nails. We only saw children serving us all weekend no Adults during our whole stay. 3rd morning I ordered same again, presentation was very poor, only 3 bricks of cheese. I returned it when I found a hair on my brie to be returned with my bitten into toast contaminated cheese removed and not replaced and another piece of cheese was missing. We had no milk or teaspoons, cutlery was dirty the salt pot for the 3 days we stayed had dried ketchup on it coffee all splashed up the radiator again stained for the 3 days god only knows how long it had been dirty for. Now I would have spoken to an adult about all these issues but we didn't see one! By the way the kids were all very polite and none of this their fault they'd clearly had no training or adult supervision.

The hotel is in a great location to visit Falmouth the only thing is they have limited parking and you may have to park on the street. We were seen quickly when we arrived given our key and directed us to room 17 beautiful room and views. The room was spotless and had lovely comfy bed. The breakfast was very good simple but good choices. The young staff taking the orders and serving did a great job, polite and friendly. We did overhear other guests complaining about trivial stuff Karens everywhere. Well done we had a lovely stay we will be back.

Lovely hotel, so close to the coast, had wonderful views of the sea. Beautifully modern decoration and furnishings. Friendly welcome and nice breakfast. Fantastic value for money
