OOoKeNnEtHoOFirstly, the location is great! The R&F Mall is just below and it is all sheltered. Secondly, the unit is very clean and spacious. I am referring to the 1-Bedroom unit in my pictures which is what I was ultimately staying in. It is in block A5-1 and it is perfect. 5/5. At night, can still hear a bit of traffic sounds but it wasn't too bad. However, before I stayed in this unit, I was originally assigned a studio unit in block A7-2. That unit had german cockroaches infestation and the traffic noises were bad. Good thing is the service recovery by the host is excellent. I told them about it and next day, they changed my room for me. Will definitely come again!

GGuest UserIt was a fabulous short stay, the room was very spacious with a large bathroom too. There's lots of cupboard space for storage, bedding is great, soft duvet and pillows. The shower jet is strong, the walls and floor are very clean, the hotel just opened about half a year ago. Everything works. The location is far from the centre, no decent restaurants or shopping areas nearby unless taking a Grab or hotel shuttle to the city center. SKS shopping city attached to the hotel is known to be opening soon in May 2026. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is nice, with a large selection of very fresh food. The swimming pool is beautiful with lukewarm temperature even at evening.

The host/management was friendly and responsive, and the check-in/check-out instructions were clear and hassle-free. The unit itself was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped — perfect for larger families or groups. Everyone had plenty of space to relax comfortably.

AAnonymous Userstayed for a night so it satisfy the needs. The apartment looks like the pictures and the AC was cold enough, the game station was a hit for kids. A lot of food nea by. Room for improvement will be the toilet bowl lid slams down with a very loud sound. Also, unfortunately the swimming pool was under maintenance with no signage indicating that. Shortly after We went into the pool at 11am the security guard told us the pool was closed and asked that we get out of the pool.
