For visiting the bso concert, the location was good. In particular, the hotel is connected to the other shopping mall, so it was so convenient.
But other things like the concierge service, dining and amenity was disappointed a bit.

The hotel is in a very good location, connected to the shopping mall, making it convenient for shopping. Downstairs is the Public Library. There is no buffet breakfast in the hotel. If you want to eat, you need to order a la carte. The Destination Fee of $30 per day can be used for breakfast. It is not enough for two people.

It's an 8/10 level four seasons. The doormen were very nice and welcoming, check-in was fast and they gave all the necessary info about this hotel. The room was not prepared as requested but this got fixed soon after we enjoyed dinner outside. The breakfast was amazing, lobster scrambled eggs and bakery were all very tasty. The swimming pool is large enough, without kids. But the water circulating system was not well-designed, so you might feel the cold and warm alternatively. The lounge at the lobby level was used to serve afternoon tea and happy hours. By the time we were there, it was a noisy party. Luckily, the floor was high enough, so I never felt bothered. The location of this hotel is very close to the prudential center, as well as Newbury Street. It's easy to get everywhere in Boston. Before the reopening of Fourseasons Boston, One Dalton would still be the ideal place to stay in the city. Chantal, if spelled correctly, is the warmest and best waitress. Thanks for your service.

This location was excellent for experiencing many of the historic sites in Boston. A short walk to Boston Common, and many great dining options within walking distance. Overnight parking is a bit steep ($60/night). The valet and front desk staff were all pleasant to speak to, respectful and kind. The room itself has one of the heaviest doors I've ever had to use in a hotel. Really takes some muscle! Despite this, the door didn't block the hallway sound, especially since we were right across from the ice maker. The room was small but not unreasonable. The bed was comfortable, and there was a refrigerator, but it was awkwardly placed on the floor next to the desk. It stuck out from the space so was odd. There was no microwave, but a shared microwave near the ice maker. There was a desk and chair, as well as a couple of drawers. The closet was small, but had an ironing board and iron, as well as a luggage holder. The bathroom was small, and had a sliding door, which we did not like at all. All sound was heard, which is not pleasant. There also was no exhaust fan. The slider into the shower was very narrow to enter. The water pressure was good, but it was very easy to get water everywhere in this bathroom. There was a good amount of counter space for us to set our things, as well as an outlet for hair products. The TV was large and worked well for us. There is no included breakfast, but there is breakfast offered onsite for a fee. We had the Saturday breakfast buffet for $26/person. We had custom made omelets, as well as waffles and bagels. Lots of options, with serving staff to bring beverages and anything else you may need. A little steep in the cost, but a good breakfast. This was our first visit to Boston, and will probably be the last one we take driving on our own, so having the option to park and walk to places was welcome.

Stop by the Time Out Market Place and explore dining options from the top chefs in Boston. Alternatively, you can take a bike ride along the Charles River and enjoy the views. Plus, at our hotel near Back Bay Boston, we also have a great indoor swimming pool that is always a big hit for the entire family!

Our stay at the Residence Inn Marriott was an exceptional family vacation. We had a great time during the July long weekend, and the property contributed positively to our experience. While there were some minor issues, they did not significantly impact our overall enjoyment. Rooms: Upon arrival, the rooms were clean but had a lingering seafood odor from previous guests. We used the air conditioning and sprayed some cologne to mask the smell. The housekeeping service, which was every other day, took a bit of getting used to with kids and diapers, but we managed. The one housekeeping session we had during our four-night stay was satisfactory. Pool: The family enjoyed the pool on the 8th floor. It was the perfect size—not too big and not too small. It was consistently clean, and other families also seemed to enjoy it. Parking: The valet parking fee was a bit of a shock at $68 plus tips, totaling over $300 for our stay. While I understand that parking fees are standard in the area, I would suggest reducing the fee for overnight guests to around $40. The valet service was convenient, with the lot located under the hotel, and texting the valet for car retrieval was extremely helpful. Breakfast: Weekday breakfasts were pleasant with no lines and clean seating areas. However, July 4th morning was very busy, leading to long lines for food. It would be helpful if guests could clean up after themselves rather than leaving plates for staff. Perhaps a sign reminding guests to clear their tables would be beneficial, especially for international guests who may need direction. Despite these minor inconveniences, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the excellent interactions with the staff.

Although we booked a lower tier room, we ended up on the 10th floor with a view away from downtown. After recent renovations, the room was modern and clean. The bathroom had a large walk-in shower and good lighting. The hotel is located at one end of a luxury mall with expensive stores. This was helpful for being able to walk around without braving the cold wet weather outside. The staff were friendly and helpful. Be aware that guests are charged a $25 amenities fee that becomes credit towards food and beverages at the hotel; this forces you to spend money for some overpriced food; however the food was good. Parking is also overpriced at $69 per night. You can park at the mall for about $50 paying by the hour. There are many good restaurants in the area and it is a reasonable walk to Boston Commons. It’s a good place to stay near the center of the city, but factor in the expensive extras when you are comparing hotels. We would stay there again.

A great stay for three nights. I stayed here several years ago when the hotel was under another name/management, but would say that the new management really improved it. Hotel location is superb - close to shopping, restaurants, attractions, and bars. It's really at the center of the city. Hotel staff was most willing to help and courteous at all time. The library lounge provides a good place to chat and have some snacks. One can also order drinks from the bar to the lounge. Bed was comfortable and room very clean. Really no complaint and just excellent throughout. Be sure to get a room with a view of the park. The view is spectacular at sunset.

Although I stayed at this hotel for only 12 hours, the room was quite spacious and confortable and equipped with everything I needed to stay for one night. As I needed to leave the hotel at 5am and could not have breakfast as it started being supplied from 6am. However, staying at this hotel was still worth the price.
Our hotel near the waterfront is five minutes' walk from Flynn Cruise Terminal. The BCEC, wharf parks, Leader Bank Pavilion, and local dining are all within a mile. We have comforts covered with breakfast, WiFi, a business center, and 24-hour fitness center – all free. Enjoy our indoor pool and host a meeting in a sunlit ballroom with harbor views.

Staying for 4 days, both advantages and disadvantages, it depends on your requirements. Although it belongs to the Hilton Group, the Hampton Hotel is more affordable and does not pursue luxury.
Advantages: 1. The room is quite spacious, the bathroom is also large, clean and tidy.
2. There is a gym and swimming pool on the third floor, which can be used for free.
3. The restaurant on the first floor is open all day. Free tea and coffee are also provided during non-breakfast hours, and there is a self-service kiosk next to it. Suitable for chatting with friends.
4. It is very close to the airport, and it takes less than ten minutes to call Uber.
Disadvantages: 1. There are no slippers, kettles, cups, and shoe shine cloths in the room. There is no front desk! Forget about making a cup of tea in the house.
2. There are few varieties of breakfast, and there is no change every day. Those who are not used to Western food can only drink some juice and eat some bread.
3. The surrounding area is a bit remote, and it is still a little far away from the lively area around the convention and exhibition center. Uber is the way to go.
The weather in Boston is good, like Dalian, China.

I hesitated for a long time when I booked this hotel, and I read the mixed reviews. But the price is indeed lower than other five-star hotels, so I still booked it... Sometimes there is a doorman, and sometimes there is no doorman. Even if he sees you carrying your luggage, he will not come to help you, just look at it from a distance So...stayed for two nights, the only service I felt was that the cleaning aunt would knock on the door in the evening and ask if there was any need for help. The rest already felt like an independent hotel... The facilities were really old, and the bedside cabinet was placed under the bed There is a huge and obvious multi-function socket. To charge, you can only charge by unplugging the other plugs of the multi-function socket... Staying in so many five-star hotels, this is the first hotel without a USB plug... Even the hotel It has been in business for a long time, and it's time to update the facilities... The carpet looks like it hasn't been washed for a long time, and the oil spots are everywhere... The decoration is definitely worthy of a five-star hotel 50 years ago, and now it has... Before I came to Boston, I lived in the New York Times Ritz-Carlton. I just want to feel what happened to you at the Ritz-Carlton... There is no progress and improvement. I can only watch your peers surpass you.
