Baymont by Wyndham Fargo

Was in town on business. Stayed here over night, I had no issues. I was treated well. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again.

Absolutely terrible booked on this app got there and was told they don't rent to locals mind you r already prepayed online and is non refundable

This property was in very poor condition. We couldn’t find any hotel openings except this one, and now we know why. This property needs to be completely re-done before any more guests stay here.

All of the staff members we interacted with were welcoming and helpful - that's the good news. Our room was sad. The room smelled dank and smokey but we couldn't open the window for fresh air because the only window looked out at an inner hallway with windows looking out onto a brick wall, though there was a beautiful inner courtyard just a few feet away. The beds were OK. No tea in the room and one packet of unnamed coffee with one packet of creamer. We had hoped to do our laundry but the dryer did not work at all. Breakfast was primarily DIY waffles with some soggy eggs and no meat. The coffee was literally cold and no amount of microwaving seemed to improve it. We know you can do better, Wyndham!

Old property that was very sketchy. No blackout drapes. Curtains didnt completely cover the window and were nearly transparent. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Clerk at check in gave no info about property- location of ice, pool, if there was breakfast in the morning. Extremely overpriced and NOT worth half of what we paid.

The hotel was dingy and gross!! No working A/C in the room and the hot tub was green!! Staff that checked us in was covered with scabs and went to get coffee the next morning and was kicked out because it was a few minutes after 9am. I told him I just wanted a little coffee and he said “we aren’t allowed to give anything out after 9am.

When we came to check in we waited by the front desk for 20 minutes until someone came back to the desk. The room’s bathroom floor was dirty.

The entire place, from the lobby to room, smelled bad. Desk, no chair. Rough customers. One guy was so drunk he fell on his face in the lobby and they had no problem with him driving off.

The hot tub was cold. The coffee in the morning was cold. The AC in the room blew warm. Apparently the thermostats are all shot… the people were all nice enough though. And the water warmed up for a shower. I’d say, think twice before you stay here 😕
