Staff behaviour very good, no complaints. But room maintenance very bad, no cold water in taps, boiling water always in this 45 degrees heat, to the extent my kid suffered minor burns, windows fixed with tapes, patchwork in room, entire hotel stinking, ac not functioning properly in dining area, no ac in waiting area lobby, meter tripping every now and then. Breakfast bowls not being refilled regularly, it gets finished long before breakfast time is over.

This is very old hotel and very old furniture. The bad thing was the smell. I never thought that sarovar portico maintains a hotel like this. Not worth for money

Room's are good and the front office staff are friendly. Room amenities tea bags are very pathetic my suggestions to change it. Your property have good star ratings.

Good stay with nice housekeeping and travel desk facility. Foods ate awesome with lots of varieties.

Hotel was very old and in bad condition. Rooms needed paint. Bathrooms walls and fittings were rusty Oyo room is better than this

Third class hotel! poor service and the worst hotel in terms of hygiene. Room intercom phone was also not working. Dirty and stinking bathrooms. Poor quality mattresses. Overall very bad experience

Third class place to stay… property condition is very bad not staff at night for food.. intercoms was dead

Single night stay for work. Room looked clean at first glance, but had cockroaches crawling around during the night. A quick shower in the morning, indicated a clogged drain, and water flowing out of the shower area into the rest of the bathroom and even into the room. Thanks to event at the hotel, the restaurant was packed for breakfast, with little to no stay around. Tables in disarray and little to no service.
