Claire at the reception is a true ambassador for this travelodge. She was so professional with a friendly behavior and extremely kind with a warm welcoming smile and a positive manners which gives us more energy and a perfect reason to stay Everything was perfect with a clean room and comfortable bed. When I was waiting for check in I have been noticing every single guests CLAIRE was dealing with whom they seemed so grateful To her and feel comfortable interacting with her So I would definitely gonna recommend to stay for everyone Me and my colleague were so grateful to CLAIRE Thank you for your marvelous service CLAIRE is a star

Booked here for one night due to a family emergency, we've used a few Travelodges, and this is a very average one. Clean room but only enough towels for one, very noisy, lots of comings and goings and an access system that needs sorting, getting in the lift is no mean feat.

Overall it was good but the cleaning could of been better. Bed and pillows were really comfy. The staff were nice.

Comfortable, clean, great location, friendly and helpful staff… wouldn’t stay anywhere else when in farnborough.

Oh my god, this hotel was like a furnace, no air con and couldn’t open windows as it was noisy outside, the room was clean but it was like a sweat box, how can this heat be allowed, staff were ok but nothing special, travelodge you need to get some air con or at least make the room cooler

Super comfy, I really enjoyed my time so much! I couldn’t have asked for more hospitable hosts! Exceptional definitely recommend!! I will be coming back again and again and again, and the food is very nice aswell, hot to order and taste so yummy

It was really nice staying here. I recommend all to stay here. The room was well cleaned. All the everything was good indeed. I enjoyed every moment staying here. Its very good for the family as well as for business stay. All the staffs are very friendly and helpful.

I am so deliteded to receive such a wonderful hospitality from the staff. I love to visit this hotel again. Many thanks to Sushant Shrestha, Sushila, Prity ,Jems and Kailash. I came along with my old parents and had a stressful day. However, due to young team member help and efforts made me easy and comfortable.
