Premier Inn Farnborough Town Centre

Fabulous location, clean rooms and helpful staff! Quick check-in, with happy smiling staff to greet us. My daughter left some sentimental items in the room which were found by the wonderful housekeeper and the staff member I spoke to, Albie couldn't be more helpful in assisting getting these items back to us. Overall very happy with our stay and will definitely use this hotel again.

Have stayed in different Premier Inns many times, but this was one of the worse ones - room smelt like a smoker had been in it. No TV remote and reception staff (who did try to help) couldn't provide a working one. Only one towel, but this was rectified. No on site parking available.

Best staff ever especially kinda and amrit was made to feel so welcome by them both had a lovely stay thanks 😊 couldn't thank them enough for everything they done for our team made our stay so memorable would definitely recommend this hotel .

Excellent Stay - Customer Service from hotel staff was exemplary, especially credit to Jack. The rooms were big and clean and perfect for our stay. One item to note is the Beefeater restaurant within the hotel is the atrocious. The staff are miserable, breakfast items half empty and service is exceptionally slow. I would rate the beefeater 1/5.

I booked this hotel as it was the cheapest hotel 30 minutes from legoland . Check in was straight forward , we booked 4 rooms so was expecting it to be a hassle but nope , everything was ready , staff lovely and friendly and made sure we had everything . Lifts were opened with a key card , rooms were lovely and clean and immaculate , air cons is an absolute goddess and they work wonderfully ! I had to arrange the room as I was by myself with the baby and 2 children while my husband had to have another room with my boy , beds had to be rearranged as it just wasn't suitable having a baby so far away from the bed . Beds are very high up , which was a god send after legoland as my back was aching so was perfect to sit up from but trying to get in was a problem. Also the beds are so high but the cots that were given to us is soooo low to the ground! I have bruises on my tummy from bending into cot to get the baby :/ Maby better cots could be beneficial as I definitely will be bringing my own next time . Cleaning staff were lovely . Beef eaters next door closes at 9pm so is a bit silly as we all just wanted a nice meal after legoland . Lots of takeaway options around which is nice . Overall lovely stay and would definitely stay here again....that air con tho ....wow , its a beauty !

I needed a hotel whilst staying in Farnborough for the Farnborough Airshow. Having been 'bumped' off my previous hotel with some lame excuse, I needed to find somewhere close to the airport. There are 3 Premier Inns In/close to Farnborough and I chose this one because it was close enough to walk to the airport (the two other PE's are fine and I have stayed before, but I wanted to be as close as possible this time). The hotel was absolutely pefect, the roon modern and clean with a great bathroom, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the Beefeater next door was excellent! I will stay there again.

We booked a night at this Premier Inn as we had a wedding to attend to. On the website and email confirmation, it said that we could do an early check-in for £10 but that it couldn’t be done in advance. To our surprise, we showed up at the hotel and were told that there was no availability and would have to wait 4 hours to get our room. Sadly, we had to go get ready & change for the wedding at a nearby Starbucks, and had to take all our luggage to the church. If we had known this, we would have chosen a different hotel, as all we needed was a place to get ready, leave our bags and spend the night. Be aware of this before booking if you have any day plans, as you might have the same issue and they’ll offer no help at all!

Freindly staff warm welcome. Room spotless. Wonderful bed ! A very good Wetherspoons around the corner.
